I started by buying the Monopoly Banker for my nephew and soon found myself getting more and more each one cuter than the other. The quality and look is just beautiful. I did experience a chipped statue but found customer service was easy to work with. If you are a fan of fun collecting I recommend this company. People will ask where you bought them .

TOP Service verpätet aber wiedergut gemacht!

Eigentlich hatte ich mich in die Astronautenskulptur verliebt und wollte sie unbedingt haben/kaufen. Das erste Mal als ich stutzig geworden bin-war, man konnte das Foto von der Skulptur nicht vergrößern um Details anzuschauen. Ich schrieb dem Unternehmen vor Wochen+hab nie eine Antwort bekommen. Als ich letztens in Berlin war, fuhr ich zur angegebenen Adresse aus dem Impressum. Da war weit und breit nix von diesem Unternehmen zu finden. Bei der genauen Hausnummer ist ein runtergekommener asiatischer Imbiss, deren Inhaber nix von einem Kunstatelier weiß - also eine Scheinadresse. Auf Grund all dieser Tatsachen+ selbst mir die KI vom Kauf abgeraten hat, habe ich es schweren Herzens gelassen. Ich schau mich jetzt anderweitig um nach diesem schönen Astronauten.

The products I received were as spectacular as advertised. I was skeptical but I have two beautifully impressive life size iron men standing sentinel watch over my exotic and classic car collection.

First piece came in damaged and was replaced without question. It happens a lot now with shipping but they stood behind their product and replaced it! As far as the quality I couldn’t be happy it’s a piece that draws attention whenever it’s seen.

An incredible piece, beyond expectations
I recently purchased the Billionaire Duck statue from Atelier Home Art, and I have to say, it has completely exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I picked it up, the quality was immediately obvious. The weight of the piece alone tells you this is something special, solid, substantial, and clearly crafted with real attention to detail.
My shipment was unfortunately delayed, but the Atelier team were absolutely amazing throughout. They couldn't have been more helpful in tracking down my package and keeping me updated, and that level of care made all the difference.
When it finally arrived today, opening it and holding it for the first time made the wait completely worth it. It now has pride of place in my new apartment, which I'm currently in the process of fitting out, and it is, without question, the best piece I've added so far. I have no doubt it's going to be a real conversation starter whenever people come over.
Can't recommend Atelier Home Art highly enough, both for the incredible quality of their pieces and for the outstanding service behind them.

I recently received a breathtaking, life-sized Iron Man statue made of fiberglass, standing an impressive seven feet tall. I AM BLOWN AWAY!!!

The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning, and every detail exceeded my expectations. I waited nearly three months for it to arrive, but it was worth every single day of the wait.

I initially had reservations because I noticed several negative reviews online. In fact, I canceled my first order out of concern that it might be a scam. Fortunately, I decided to give them another chance, and I’m incredibly glad I did. After receiving my Hulk, Muhammad Ali, Thanos, and now Iron Man statues, I can say with complete confidence that this company is absolutely legitimate!

As an aircraft inspector who has evaluated the quality and workmanship of aircraft around the world, I pay close attention to precision, fit, finish, and craftsmanship. The quality of these statues is truly exceptional.

These are genuine works of art that have far exceeded my expectations.

If you’re considering purchasing one, my advice is simple: be patient. Quality craftsmanship takes time, and in my experience, the final product is well worth the wait. I couldn’t be happier with my collection and look forward to adding even more pieces in the future.

Where do I start I am hooked with ATELIER-ART started with one statue to make sure Quality to Standards & it goes beyond, you will not be disappointed!!! I nearly have all there Monopolo statues, be patient since they coming from the other side😉😂😉of the globe. Couple of weeks a package arrived with all kind of stamps from every port of entry 🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐
ALL IT TOOK was a LOOK at the QUALITY, THE HEAVY WEIGHT, OVERALL CRAFTSMANSHIP, MATERIALS USED TOO PRODUCE A VERY FINE PIECE OF ART👌👌 the cost 💶💵 associated with every item is worth every DOLLAR/EURO! I I now own nearly the their whole collection of MONOPOLO & DC, MARVEL CHARACTERS, I then purchased 4-LIFESIZE Statues I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED with any of there artwork!!!

Customer service was great! Had some issues with delivery but Ms. Julia resolved the matter really promptly and gave us regular updates on the status of the delivery of our item.

Bought the 6' Batman and its every bit as nice as it looked in the photo's. Had a slight problem with the base not lighting up but when I reached out, they addressed it immediately. I am very much impressed with how they've handled the entire process and will most likely be a return customer.

I ordered the LV Bear. It did come broken, however customer service was on it and immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked. My replacement came and my bear is perfect !!! Thank you

This company does NOT hold a legitimate IP license from Marvel and others. Do NOT buy from them if you are seeking a high quality, licensed statue from sources like Sideshow.

I ordered two products. The website very clearly states - its fully german made. I tried reaching them online chat, emailed no response.
I am yet to receive my products but they are shopped from China. I am
Super skeptical and seems their claims around specially made in germany etc are false.

Contacted you like 15 more times as requested directly to info@... address (definitely the correct one - not allowed to post mail-addresses here). Used the unsubscribe Button like 20 more times. Last time was five minutes ago. Not able to unsubscribe. How do you even make it possible that both ways of communication don't work?!

They marketed as if they are a ‘German Company’ with address in German (please search their office address and photo of their office front on Google), selling ‘exclusively limited edition’ items, hand-made by ‘certain famous artisan’. The actual product was sent from a logistic point next to Sanyuanli Metro Station in Guangzhou, China.

2 days after I ordered, even before the package arrived, I informed them I would return the unopened package. They said I couldn’t return the item to China and dragged on to give me the formal return address, offering me partial refund of 20%. When I rejected the offer, they offered to lower the item value to $700, about 34% discount from the original purchase price of $1,061. Again, I rejected the partial refund offer.

After many back and forth email correspondence, they finally give me a return address which is a ‘certain warehouse in Germany’. I searched this warehouse on Google and other search engines, and found that the name of the warehouse and the address didn’t match. It seems doubtful. They keep reassuring me that the address is valid and will proceed with full refund ‘AFTER they RECEIVE and REVIEW’ the package and item.

To make it even worse, I found the same item from Alibaba, priced around $50. I pointed this out to them, they didn’t answer this specific question. I expect they might say the one from Alibaba is fake.

They sent ‘doubtful quality item’ with cheap logistic cost from China, giving reason that they have different logistic points and China is one of those. For return and refund, they make customer to return it to another country (Germany), giving the reason that it’s their return & refund policy (which is unclear), the product need to be inspected in Germany blah blah blah. It cost much more to return the item to Germany than their cost of shipping the item from China. Also the return address seems doubtful.

Online review seems to indicate this is a ‘drop shipping’ model scam. They even blocked me on social media like instagram for informing netizens that the item is sent from China. They told me to keep correspondence strictly by email (non-public channel). My mistake for not doing due diligence before purchasing. If not mistaken, they also operate similar business under different name, using the same method but selling different products.

Would give ZERO or NEGATIVE star if there is even a choice. It is a very bad experience, emotionally and financially.

They were very responsive, they were professional and met my expectations. 10/10!!!

Spent $7000 on a whim on a life size Iron Man because I thought it was a limited item as their website said “only 2 left” and the super 50% off “sale is ending on 2 hours”! Well, I got fooled, I went back to the website 2 days later supposedly the sale should’ve ended, the same item is STILL “onsale” and it’s even less cost at the sale price that I bought mine at AND now it has “7 left”? WTF!? I fell for the marketing gimmick. So the bads, false advertising, not limited items, was never “on sale” because it was ALWAYS on sale, AND it took 2+ months to receive. Yes, do NOT believe the delivery date that is on the website at the time of purchase. That is ALL a lie. If you purchased a life size sculpture, expect to receive it in 2-3 MONTHS because it will be freight shipped with FREIGHT CARGO SHIPS from China. I tracked my cargo ship for 1.5 months and then once it got to the seaport in NY, waited another 2-3 weeks to have my sculpture delivered. The GOODS, the sculpture is PHENOMENAL and AWESOME! I love it. It is as advertised and better in person. It was worth the $7000 and the wait. Happy my Iron Man came in one piece. Also, my order concierge, Julie, was great. She was ALWAYS there when I texted her. All in all. Happy that I didn’t get scammed, love my high end sculpture, but the long wait and false advertising decreased Atelier’s rating.

Scammers! They sent me fake statues from from Hong Kong. The statues are replicas. Poor paint quality. Paint looked like it was painted by an amateur. One of the statues arrived broken. My instinct told me are scammers but they reassured me they are legit. I was fooled by their fancy website with expensive luxury taste. They told me there’s another company claiming to be them that’s scamming people. Atelierhome-art.com is the real scammers. I have proof. I had to get my bank involved to get my refund. There is also a hidden import fee. They should be arrested for fraud. Beware!!
