Ich habe 4 Armbänder im Angebot bestellt. Nach 2 tagen haben diese schon abgefärbt. Die Armbänder sind auch ganz einfach kaputt gegangen.

Ich habe dann Bilder auf instagram geschrieben, wo man alles genau erkennen konnte. Es kam eine Nachricht zurück, in der ich drum gebeten worden bin, meine Bestellnummer zu schicken. Das hab ich dann auch getan. Danach kam dann garnix mehr zurück. Ich warte seit mehreren Wochen auf eine Antwort.

Ganz grauenhaft, überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Was unsure at first but it really does look expensive Love the clean finish a lot.

Ik wil de bestelde armbanden terug sturen omdat ik ze niet aan mijn verwachtingen voldoen. Ze zien er echt goedkoop uit. Na 3 pogingen om contact te op de site staat echter nergens vermeld dat je geen artikelen terug kan sturen. Dit staat nergens op de site vermeld, dus ik heb nu voor €50 aan armbanden thuis die ik niet mooi vind en graag terug wil sturen. Ik ben dus erg teleurgesteld in dit bedrijf.

I placed an order on January 3rd and paid extra for express shipping expecting faster delivery. As of January 30, nearly a month later, I have received absolutely nothing.

What makes this even worse:

The order has not even left their facility.

No tracking number was ever provided.

Their website shows no updates or movement since the day of purchase.

For over 2 weeks, they have stopped responding to emails entirely.

Customer service is nonexistent. There is zero communication, zero accountability, and no attempt to resolve the issue, despite charging for an express service they clearly failed to deliver.

This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. Once they take your money, they seem to disappear. I strongly do not recommend this merchant. Buying from them means risking your time, your money, and your peace of mind.

Avoid at all costs.

The bracelets and rings are beautiful. However, when I received my bracelet, one of the diamonds was missing. The ring itself was absolutely stunning, and you can genuinely feel how high the quality is. I understand that damage can happen during the delivery process, but I do feel that ensuring the items arrive safely—especially through customs—should be the responsibility of the seller.

My boyfriend wears it daily and it hasnt faded yet. Really good for the price tag!

I ordered 2 bracelet on.a promotion where I receive 2 free items included in my purchase. I never received my free gifts and one of the bracelets has arrived damaged. I contacted them in November and they said they would give me an update. I have had no one contact me since and it is now close to the end of January and the issue has still not been sorted. I have chased them up multiple times and it feels like they are purposely not responding. Be careful when purchasing as you will not receive any support once your item has been delivered

Quality is good but the Support is REALLY bad.
