Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Even though your product will be shipped to you from the USA, returns at buyers’ expense must be made back to Edinburgh, Scotland. For a $200 piece of “art”, it is cost prohibitive. I was offered a 30% rebate which I begrudgingly took. It states on the website that returns are accepted but not paid. Just pay attention where you have to return it to!

Update (April 2026): We now offer US-based returns, so items no longer need to be sent back to the UK.

Thank you for your feedback — we understand your frustration.

Our website does state that returns are accepted but must be covered by the customer and sent back to Edinburgh. That said, we appreciate that return costs can be higher for international orders, and we’re working to make this clearer during checkout to avoid any confusion.

As mentioned, we offered a partial refund so you wouldn’t need to return the artwork, and we’re pleased we could reach a resolution.

Severe quality control issues! Incorrect products sent repeatedly!

Posting here since the company will not use my review on their website.

First order: I ordered a framed artwork and received an item where the image was printed extremely small inside the canvas, completely out of proportion and not at all as shown in the product listing. After contacting the company, a replacement was arranged.

Second order: the replacement arrived, and again it was wrong. Again, image was printed extremely small inside the canvas, but this time framed.

At this point, two separate orders had arrived incorrectly, each with obvious and glaring sizing/proportion issues. This demonstrates a serious lack of quality control, not a one-off error.

A third replacement was offered free of charge, but after two failed attempts I had no confidence the issue would be resolved. The process had already consumed a significant amount of time and energy through repeated emails, unpacking, checking, and following up.

While refunds or replacements may eventually be offered, customers should be aware that what arrives may not resemble what is advertised, and resolving issues can be exhausting. I would not purchase from this company again and would strongly caution others to do so.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry that your order did not arrive as expected.

In this case, your order was the first we produced for the Australian market, and a production setup error caused the artwork to be incorrectly printed. Unfortunately this resulted in two shipments being produced incorrectly before the issue was identified, which we completely understand would have been frustrating.

As soon as the issue became clear we arranged replacements and also offered to produce a further replacement free of charge. We fully understand that after two incorrect deliveries you no longer had confidence in the process, and we respect that decision.

We would also like to clarify that your review is visible on our website.

Since this incident the issue has been fully rectified with production, and additional checks have been implemented to ensure artwork sizing and orientation are verified before dispatch.

We are genuinely sorry that your experience fell short of expectations. If you would ever be open to it, we would still be very happy to send the item again at no cost.
