This firm are appalling, they took £230.00 plus vat off my sister who used them to buy an apartment in Manchester for getting the title deeds from HM Land Registry. The sale completed in October 2023, my sister ( who lives in Dubai ) began requesting the deeds in October 2024, there head of commercial property was so rude in ignoring calls and emails. Late September 2025 I came on board with this and threatened to give bad reviews and to lodge a complaint with the legal ombudsman which did seem to prompt some response from them. We were told that the delay was down to HMLR, without going on and on yes there is a delay but what is so infuriating is that although a request was made in October 2023, the request for the deeds has only just been submitted, so my sister has to wait until December 2026 before she will get them. We’ve been lied to and ripped off

Top drawer, great communication and great result

Avoid like the plague. I was promised a quote and their receptionist palmed me off and forgot even though I’m a returning client. Then I called three times and he admitted his fault that he forgot and he would get a solicitor in to it. Then it was either the solicitor was at court or not in until Monday or can u email, I mean do they have only one solicitor who can give a quote??! After all the time wasting I told them to keep their quote and take a running jump. I have dealt with many conveyancing solicitors these are lame and if their service is like this before instruction you can only imagine how it would be like after.

Always kept in the loop as to what was happening. Grace was great at keeping in contact about my claim.

I am very happy with the outcome. Can't imagine better service and Grace is absolute superstar.

Tried to use Aticus Law for a house purchase but they are not on NatWests mortgage panel and so NatWest will not release mortgage funding to them.

I made Aticus Law aware of my mortgage provider via their information form at the start of the process. They did not advise me that they were not on the mortgage panel for one of the largest mortgage lenders in the UK.
NatWest alerted me to the issue.

Aticus Law suggested dual representation, which NatWest advised me they would not accept. Fortunately I was able to switch conveyancers early in the process. Very disappointed that Aticus Law were not upfront about the limitations of the service they were able to offer.

Throughout a long process communication was excellent, and at the heart of this was Grace.

Atticus worked tirelessly on my behalf to recieve a claim from a company that went into administration leaving hundreds immediately redundant. I would imagine there were many more ex employees that atticus also helped. They kept me informed at every stage for 2 years and I am pleased with the final payout. Thank you especially to Grace.
