I wouldn't use Atkinson McLeod again if they paid me to do so! As a tenant the experience is awful. You have to keep on chasing them and asking for update even when basic necessity things like electricity and boiler stop working, and still they behave rudely and don't care about anything else but money.

We received very professional service from Atkinson McLeod, particularly from Francesco Allegri who’s really helpful and responsive. He did all the relevant work very efficiently, from arranging flat viewing to helping process the renting procedure. He’s also friendly to customers and passionate to his work. It was a great experience with Francesco :)

Francesco Allegri is a great individual who helped me secure a contract for long term. From the very first interaction, when I went to visit the place, he was quite friendly and answered all my questions in a detailed manner. He was responsive to my queries and calls later, and has an outstanding way to deal with people. Highly recommended.

Feeling sorry for the agent, couldn't handle the situation and negotiate a good deal with false promises. The higher authority had to pitch in , yet with no positive hopes. Why would the agent disappear without any intimidation! Was he the one at fault? Imagine yourself in that situation , if you were to be left helpless after a good 10 days of positive signs. Will never refer this agency to anyone, nor deal with them again.

He was honest and open regarding the rent I would receive and the associated costs. In all honesty, the star of the whole process has been Jacob, even when I tell other landlords about how supportive and proactive in managing my property he is, they want his contact details. You won't find a better person (and agency) in Canary Wharf who goes above and beyond to solve all lettings problems!

When I called up about another property, I spoke with Jacob who told me it was no longer on the market but had another viewing for a similar property in the area that day. We saw it and as soon as we expressed interest, Jacob got the information to us to sign immediately. The speed and helpfulness of Jacob has been great throughout the entire process, from the viewing to getting the keys to the property!

Gilbert is a great agent, we moved from larger agent who couldn’t sell our property to AM who did. I believe this was largely down to Gilbert determination and drive to get it sold. The times he wasn’t around the service did suffer. But if you get Gilbert then great!
