Hi, thank you for sharing your experience. We want to address your points directly.
Account bans are based on documented quality violations and are never applied without cause. When an account is banned due to poor work quality, earnings tied to those violations are subject to review as outlined in our contractor agreement.
Regarding the $61.56 showing on your dashboard, if any of that was earned prior to the quality issues being flagged it may still be eligible for payout. We would need to review your case individually to confirm.
We understand that being removed from Discord makes it harder to reach us, which is why we also offer support through r/atlas_capture modmail. Please reach out there with your account details and registered email and we will look into your payment status and ensure your case is reviewed properly.

Regarding the 200 task requirement, this was an older guideline that is no longer in place. We apologize if outdated information caused confusion about what was expected during your evaluation period.
Account suspensions are based on quality review results and are not timed to coincide with payment periods. If your account was suspended it means your work did not meet the required quality threshold at the time of review. We understand this is frustrating especially after investing significant time and effort.
Regarding your pending payments, contractors who completed qualifying work in good faith prior to suspension are still reviewed for payment eligibility. The funds showing on your dashboard are not automatically forfeited and your case can be reviewed individually.
We also take your concern about support response times seriously. No contractor should be left without a response after reaching out multiple times and we apologize if that was your experience.
We would genuinely like to look into your case. The rate per minute of labelled footage means that earnings will vary depending on how much qualifying work is completed and approved. AtlasCapture is a legitimate platform and accounts are not suspended to avoid paying contractors. Suspensions are based on documented quality violations and are applied consistently regardless of payment timing. The timing of any suspension near a payment date is coincidental and driven by our audit process, not by an intent to withhold earnings.
Regarding trainer guidelines, all trainers operate under the same standardized guidelines. Promotion and demotion decisions are based on measurable quality metrics, not individual discretion.
We also want to be clear that we do not exploit anyone. Contractors sign up voluntarily, rates are communicated upfront, and we serve contractors across the globe equally regardless of location.
If your account was suspended and you believe it was done in error, or if you have earnings you believe are owed to you, please reach out to us through our official support channels and we will review your case. We stand behind our process and are confident in how we operate.

We strongly disagree with the characterization in this review. AtlasCapture is a legitimate remote work platform that contractors sign up for voluntarily and can stop at any time. Earnings are based on the volume and quality of work completed, and rates are communicated clearly before any work begins.
Regarding quality standards, they exist because the data we collect must meet a high level of accuracy. Account pauses are not punishments but quality control measures that exist to maintain the integrity of the platform for all contractors.

Regarding task clarity, we continuously update our guidelines and offer workshops and training sessions through Discord to help contractors understand exactly what is expected. We encourage all contractors to attend these and make use of the support channels available.
On support response times, we acknowledge there is room for improvement and it is something we are actively working on. Our Discord server has dedicated support channels where tickets are handled by our team.
Regarding payment transparency, payouts are processed manually by our finance team on a per-account basis and we understand clearer communication around timelines would help. This is an area we are committed to improving.

Regarding Discord removals, members who violate community guidelines or conduct rules are removed regardless of their work status.
