First of all, this is my second item from this company and I LOVE the first one. Unfortunately the bangle I ordered recently arrived and does not look as it does in the photos on the site at all. One of the stones in it is a completely different colour. I did email a few days ago to raise this but haven’t had a response. I don’t want to go to the hassle of returning it so will just deal with it, but it’s a shame as I was so looking forward to receiving this item.

This is my second purchase from this company and the quality and design of their jewellery is brilliant. Their customer service is also 5 star as I had a query with one item and they responded super quickly and sorted out my issue within a day. A very happy customer and I will be returning x

I visited yesterday, the shop was a treasure trove full of beautiful pieces of jewellery. I especially liked the pull though earrings! I told the lovely shop assistant that I have been following Atlas of dreams for a while and finally paid a visit yesterday and told her a story:

I have been looking for a pair of pull through earrings for a while! I remember sitting on my aunties knee when I was a little girl. I remember her wearing pull through earrings and she allowed me to pull them through her ears over and over. Touch holds a memory and I treasure that memory as she passed away last month. I now have my very own pair of pull through earrings and I will think of her when I put them in.

Impulse buy after seeing lots of ads on Facebook. I should have known better, items are affordable and looked lovely. Delivery is extremely slow even although it stated Royal Mail 24/48. I had to contact after 10 days as I’d ordered for a birthday gift. They advised they would despatch Monday of the following week, that never happened and they didn’t arrive in time for gifting. When they eventually arrived, I’d ordered the star bracelet and it is lovely and fair price. However I ordered two magnetic heart necklaces in the gold colour both were very tarnished. I bought a gold polishing cloth but that didn’t shine them up much better, but as they weren’t expensive I gave one to my daughter she opened the box and separated the hearts and one of the magnets came away from one side of the heart. I did contact and they were polite and courteous and told me I could return and once they recieve as they’re not of the quality described I would recieve a refund with the postal cost. To be honest as this point I’d have the hassle of returning for £16. So I just gave my daughter the necklace that wasn’t broken but does look tarnished she’s only 13 so none the wiser but I’d never shop here again or recommend either!

I was lucky enough to receive a pair of earrings earlier this year. I now have a beautiful black stone ring. Atlas of Dreams is a wonderful jewellery shop. Beautifully crafted pieces. You really do have a fantastic thing going here. I will be back to purchase more. Many thanks, Jane.

I’ve absolutely adored this shop ever since I found them on Instagram. Earlier this year, we visited their shop in Chester and it is truly magical ✨ I have so many pieces from their collections - right now my favs are the ginkgo leaf chain earrings, the Starjoy necklace, and the Patricia statement ring. The best parts of this jewelry (other than the gorgeous magical designs) are they don’t tarnish, the prices are great, and the packaging is so special. You can really see the heart and care they put into every piece. Highly recommend supporting this small business ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

This is such a lovely brand! There are few sites that provide the offers that they do, and their designs are stunning. I've ordered several times from them and I get complemented any time I wear the chain earrings or any other pieces. There was an occasion when the wrong item was delivered but it was all rectified quickly. This is a small brand that has had a big following and they're learning as they go, and they will always have my business. Happy 3rd birthday Atlas team! x

Came across this beautiful site/shop/message recently and loved the story, the return back to small, independent, people led businesses, an actual (beautiful) shop and most unique designs. Ordered 6 items during the incredible 50% sale and loved every piece. The attention to detail, the packaging, the fact that actual people make and pack the orders - I love it! Yes there was a slight delay in receiving some of the items but that made the wait even more thrilling when they arrived - if you expect cheap, fast, next day delivery there's another well known impersonal Brand for that. Thank you Atlas of Dreams for taking us back to a time when shopping was a delight, where humans carefully curate and create and the customers receive something beautiful and meaningful with heart 🥰

My Sister and my Niece introduced me to the beautiful handmade Jewellery and if you want different? Be patient.
One of my orders was wrong but I was told to keep it free of charge, because it was their fault! Now who can argue with that?

I received 3 gorgeous pieces of jewellery from Atlas of dreams they were nicely packaged and arrived promptly. I will definitely order again from them 10 out of 10 for quality as well.

Beautiful and unique pieces complemented by their lovely brand packaging. Easy shopping experience - only problem was stopping myself buying more! One item was a little delayed due to the level of demand so my order was sent out in two parts with a thoughtful hand written note which more than made up for the slight delay. Great to see an independent business doing well and I wish them all the very best as they grow.
