Absolutely stunning jewellery! I have bought 3 pairs of pull through earring, 2 other pairs and a necklace and the quality is amazing. Absolute bargain in the sale. I am often asked where I got them from as they look so unique. Delivery was quick, fantastic company ❤️

I'm absolutely terrified of visiting the actual shop, even though I don't live too far from Chester. I fear I won't be able to leave without spending all of my money. I ordered a few pieces online after stalking their Instagram page for ages and I'm so glad I did. The earrings arrived beautifully packaged and ready to gift. Each pair was stunning and the people I bought them for loved them. Excellent quality and stunning designs, and a rare treat to get something you can't just find in every shop on the high street. Would definitely recommend.

It didn’t go well in the beginning as my order was late/lost. All resumed quickly and the earrings were lovely. Thank you

I love the pieces from this shop… so individual and the service is always spot on. I was in Chester recently and having only ever ordered online I made sure I visited… I managed to buy some rings and another pair of earrings. The quality is so great. I met the owner who was lovely as well as another lady who was a fan who had made a special visit to the shop. I don’t really want you to go buy these rings and earrings as I like being a bit different however I have to rate everything so highly and can’t fault everything about Atlas of Dreams I even love the shop name!

I ordered two pairs of earrings at the end of January, they were delivered 4 working days later which is great for a small independent company. The earrings were beautiful, very unique and thoughtfully presented in lovely gift boxes and pouch at no extra cost. Would make a lovely gift.

I saw this company advertised online while they were having their 50% off sale, and wanted to treat myself. I knew that ordering during a big sale would mean a longer wait for packing and delivery, and wow was it worth every second of the wait! I got the N°38 earrings and heart branch ring and I could not be happier, they are incredibly stunning. The free gift packaging was a beautiful touch too. Can't recommend this company enough ❤️

The jewelry is exquisite the earrings I bought are divine and the customer service is fantastic. Well worth buying and i wholeheartedly recommend them. Will definitely be buying more.

This company have been incredible and super kind. I had a large order and loved every item. I lost one of the earrings of my fave pair though, after only a week. Reached out for the link as I was asked to review said item, so I could purchase a second pair. Altas have dispatched another pair for free. I can't believe it. Such an act of kindness. Great company and customer service!! Thanks so much!

I ordered 2 pairs of earrings which arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped. There was an error with one pair - wrong colour but it was quickly resolved and another pair sent to replace them . Was also told the keep the others as a gift! I really look forward to wearing them all on holiday. Not often you get such a quick resolution to an issue and could not fault the customer service.

I have only part received my order with no explanation as to why.
I have sent 3 emails and 2 messages on their Instagram business chat. Have had no response.
Although the jewellery that I have received is nice, I won’t be ordering from here again due to lack of customer service.
Please can you reply to my emails and let me know when I’m likely to receive remaining order,

After receiving some of their signature earrings for my birthday, I decided to invest in some more as I loved them.

I ordered a couple more if the signature style earrings, as well as another different pair and a ring. I also got a free pair of earrings.

The signature earrings are gorgeous - they should stick to selling these. The other two that I received felt very cheap, as did the ring. I doubt I'll wear them.

Delivery took 10 days for part of the order, and 18 days for the rest of the order - no response to emails when I expressed concern over the length of time. If I hadn't have previously had earrings for my birthday, I would have thought I'd been scammed.

Shame really.

Order went through as did payment. Used shopify and despite stating delivery will be tracked 48hrs (3&5 days) still nothing. Emailed twice and have tried to contact va messenger to no avail.

Will request a refund via bank and would urge caution to anyone making orders.

Tarnished after 2 months and clear back wouldn't come off so had to cut the chain with scissors to get the earring out. Disappointed considering the no tarnish marketing and otherwise beautiful design.
