People usually don't have good things to say about their ISP. Atomic Access is different. In the year and a bit I've had them as my main provider I don't think my Internet has dropped even a single time. When I signed up I was surprised to see my router delivered by hand later that same day way past typical working hours. My experience has been so positive that they are now the only ISP I go out of my way to recommend to anybody. Genuine diamond in the rough. If I could give 6/5 stars I would.

We started communicating with Atomic whilst still in the Netherlands. We needed internet working from the same day we arrived and they did not disappoint!! Not only was it working, but it is the best coverage in a house we have ever had and fast! Lots of communication happened before the day and they were always on top of it. Would recommend them again and again.

These guys truly go above and beyond! This is the second time I've signed up for their service, having moved to a new location after the first time. At the first house (a heritage home with very thick walls), there were a lot of connection issues, and they threw everything at it to get it fixed! Always friendly, always helpful.

Best customer service in years. Logan was the only sales agent that made and effort to help me switch seamlessly from my previous ISP to Atomic. He made a suggestion that no one else did and is very knowledgeable about his company and product. Honestly just such a refreshingly transparent and non-scummy ISP. Feels increasingly rare, and then service is actually good on top of it.

While I had FttH access in a region they are legally allowed to service, they've been giving me great services and low latency connections where I needed to connect to.
