I have never had a telco / internet company proactively solve a problem for me, but this happened today. Atomic messaged me and told me that my line was slow and could they log a support ticket. WOW.
Best ISP in RSA without a doubt.

Atomic Access and their hands-on team have really been incredible since I switched from a big-name ISP to them. They really care about helping you having proper wifi/local network at your house/apartment - giving detailed advice and multiple options for how to setup your local network. They've even helped me plan and source a great local network at my country house which doesn't even use their ISP services (the fibre network there is locked to one ISP...). Their communication channels and community is also great - really 5/5 service and recommended to anyone looking for a great ISP.

The best. Have never experienced any throttling. Get more than what you pay for compared to any other provider- in my experience. Amazing service. It’s a no brainer.

Best ISP I've ever used. The internet connection is always blazing, and when there are upstream issues outside of Atomic's control they are fast and helpful in support. And they're super well priced!

This is not your standard ISP! They go over and above to deliver impeccable customer service. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Atomic Access is the best ISP I have dealt with in Cape Town. They provide customers with pro-active feedback when there are possible issues with fibre providers and their support team is customer obsessed with amazing turn-around.

These guys are EPIC! If you're looking for an ISP that will bend over backwards to always give you your money's worth, look no further. The connection and service are 100%, no regrets whatsoever. You don't have to take my word for it, but if you don't then you'll likely end up with a kak ISP :)

Great service when I needed it most and great price. Would recommend to anyone who wants stable speeds. They have a great telegram chat group that keeps you informed of problems in your area.

Best ISP in Town, no doubt... When it comes to Internet service, "after sales" Support, no other ISPs come close...

Internet speeds are fast and reliable, even during peak times. I get proactive notifications about outages, and customer support is very responsive. Not had an internet experience like this before in South Africa or anywhere for that matter

I continue to have a really great experience with this ISP. My fibre is fast and gives no issues from Atomic Access. I joined them just before the pandemic, and I’m so glad I made that decision then. I’ve had over 2 years of great internet and great support when needed.

Atomic Access isn't your regular ISP. When they say you get a 100/100 Mbps line, you don't get 90, or 95, or 99 Mbps. You get 100 Mbps. When you need help, you don't speak to someone who's been trained for a week to do customer care. You speak to the talented experts who run the show. I've even emailed them past 10pm and gotten a response in minutes. These guys are fast, and they know what they're doing. If you're looking for a new ISP, give them a try. You won't look back.

Best ISP I have ever been. The team are always on the ball and make sure that any issues (which are few and far between and usually a network fault) gets resolved fast and efficiently). It’s been such a pleasure dealing with Atomic. I’m rather disappointed that they only cover Cape Town and surrounds - I would love to continue using them in my new place.
