Aside from all the email reminders to rate the product everything was amazing! I love that this is a Canadian brand that is non-toxic. They have such mesmerizing sense for their hand, soaps, and all their packaging is sustainable.

I put in a very large order for everything, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen and body wash and for some reason i only got 7 items. I am certain if I didn’t reach out and ask where my other products were, they would not have bothered to notice that the order was incomplete. This happened to be before and and I must be a glutton for punishment because I ordered again. It is a shame that they can’t send the items in a complete order! And I could not use the coupon that they send with the items. Basically, you have to send them an email for everything that is wrong and can’t call customer for support. Then they don’t respond for 3 days. I wish I didn’t like most of their products because it’s just a pain to order online and not have quicker response for something that goes wrong!

Products are great! Customer service no stars. Have been trying to get a business account and they will not even answer!

Attitude products are wonderful! They are high quality and clean products. Their customer service is excellent. I am very happy with them. Attitude’s products have exceeded all of my expectations.

I love attitude products and have gotten them from the website 4 years ago then have been getting from wal mart and amazon when I need something. This time I had a larger order so I placed it on the website to support this Canadian company even more. After almost 2 weeks my order never showed up. A shipping lable was created but the package never left the facility. I asked if I could get it expedited and was told they do not do that. So I got my full refund. Thats fine but I did want the products. So I placed a replacement order on amazon as it should have been 2 day shipping, it was not it was about 4 days and thats fine. However the amazon shipped but didnt get delivered. I have tried twice to get my order and its never showed up. Its very defeating especially since I like the products and want to support Canada.

Love your hair products, frequently purchase shampoo and conditioner, they are gentle to both the scalp and hair. Wish there was less plastic containers.

Good products but the shipping can be very long. I sent my order 8 days ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. It creates a lot of issues when you rely on this shipping for diapers and other items that are important.

Easy to order and my order was delivered in a timely manner. I like how the products are EWG verified and are naturally derived! I’ve ordered several times and have always been satisfied!!

Nice packaging and enjoying the products.

I was looking for cleaning products that are made with natural ingredients, effective, provides for subscriptions and Canadian made. Attitude met all my needs plus they are available in refill sizes, non-plastic options and sensitive skin care all wrapped up with great fragrances to choose from.
So happy to have found Attitude on line and expect to replace more of my family’s cleaning product needs,
Just ordered sensitive body lotion and expect to replace my go-to product that I have been using for 1p+ years.
If there is one suggestion for improvement, the aerosol pumps can leak.

Un des item de ma commande a été annulé quelques jours après que ma commande soit passée. J’aurai aimé qu’on me suggère un item de remplacement.
Aussi, je choisis la cie parce qu’elle dire faire plus pour l’environnement. Cependant, malgré que j’habite à moins de 5km, ma commande est partie vers Lachine pour ensuite revenir vers Sherbrooke. Je trouve que c’est un peu inutile de commander près de la maison si la commande doit voyager autant. C’est décevant

I was looking for Canadian products, and Attitude has incredible cleaning and personal products - I can replace a lot of chain store multinational brands and they are clean products!

I love your products, I have eczema and most products at the store are irritating to my skin. I have no skin issues when using your products. The only negative thing I have is shipping. It takes a while to get my products. I would to see other options available for quicker shipping.
