0 stars if I could give that. I ordered back in June. Didn’t receive my order after 15 working days. I then messaged them, saying I haven’t received my order. They told my that if would take 15 working day, which already has passed. I messaged them again saying I still haven’t received my order. They haven’t replied.

Schlechter Kundenservice, schlechte Produktqualität
Ich habe einen goldenen Signet-Ring bestellt gehabt. Die Lieferzeit war gut, jedoch hat sich der Ring bereits nach nicht einmal einer Woche des Tragens bereits silbern verfärbt bzw. hat die Farbe verloren. Der Kundenservice hat sich mehrere Wochen zeitgelassen mir auf meine Mail zu antworten und musste immer mehrmals angeschrieben werden bis überhaupt eine Antwort kam. Bis heute, fast 4 Monate später, ist der Fall nicht gelöst. Auf meine letzte Mail vom 11.06.2024 habe ich trotz mehrfacher Erinnerung immer noch keine Rückmeldung. Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht vom Produkt und dem Kundenservice.

never receiverd anything
it’s been over a month and i still haven’t received my order. my advice is don’t order anything here. i’ve send multiple emails and they choose not to respond. i never got my order. and when i asked to het my money back they didn’t answer. very very bad service!

Lange Lieferzeiten
Sendung kam an aber erst nach einer extrem langer Zeit.
Viele schreiben ja die Sendung würde schnell geliefert werden, aber das war bei mir nicht so. Ich bestellte Mitte Januar und erst jetzt Ende März kam die Lieferung.. Der Kundenservice antwortete mir einmal aber konnte mir auch keine Infos geben und als ich weitere Fragen stellte kam keine Antwort mehr.
Aber des Produkt vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top.

Bad quality, late delivery, no communication
The quality of the products are very bad. The earrings I bought broke off after wearing it 3 times. I wrote an e-mail to the company and I never got an answer. Also the delivery took very long. I’m very disappointed in this company.

Niet bestellen
Niet bestellen, als je iets besteld als ene naamketting. Krijg je niet het gevraagde product, maar een ander woord. Zoals in mijn geval mijn naam. Op meerdere manieren contact gezocht. Ze reageren niet. Niet alle kettingen komen overeen met de foto’s van de website. Super teleurstellend, sommige producten waren wel oké. Ze kunnen alleen reageren als je wat wilt kopen. Niet doen dus!!!

Teleurgesteld..
Ik schrijf eigenlijk bijna nooit reviews tenzij iets heel goed is of heel slecht. Ik ben nu enorm teleurgesteld dus het gevoel dat ik nu wel moet..
Ik bestelde 3 paar oorbellen voor ong 60 euro. Ze waren snel binnen en allemaal ontzettend mooi! Maar helaas was een van de kleinste oorbellen (chunky S) kapot bij aankomst. Hij ging niet dicht en viel uit mijn oor. De andere ‘klikken’ bij het sluiten zodat je weet dat ze goed zitten maar deze deed dat niet. Ik heb meermaals geprobeerd contact op te nemen met Atypical via verschillende kanalen (insta, Facebook, e-mail) om te proberen samen dit probleem op te lossen maar krijg nul respons. Ben erg teleurgesteld omdat mijn set nu incompleet is.

Never got the product
Never got the product. Wrote an e-mail to costumer service and never got an answer. PayPal gave me a refund. I'm really disappointed because of the bad service.

Never respond to emails, delivery takes weeks, delete comments on their Instagram and address on packet is for a Chinese company. Cheaper and better service from Wish!
I ordered a necklace to Ireland on the 28th May. After not receiving it, I sent two emails and posted under one of their posts on Instagram. I finally received my order on Friday. They have listed on their site that delivery takes 2-5 working days to Ireland.
They still never responded to my email and have since deleted my comment on their Instagram. They had no way of linking my Instagram account to the email I used to order so the fact that they obviously delete comments and don’t respond is so unprofessional.
Also, the postage address on the package I received has a Chinese company name on it so to say they are solely based in Amsterdam is a complete lie.
*update from their response: I have received no reply from them and they have been regularly updating their social media account so doesn’t really seem like they have lost access..

Ordered a customised necklace with my name, got a necklace saying ‘Cancer’ instead - offered a replacement.. a month down the line and no closer to receiving my order nor are my emails now being replied to.
Awful, awful experience!

Update 22-08: I'm very, very sorry that your complaint hasn't been taking seriously and hasn't been solved up till now. I have processed a full refund for the order and processed a free reshipment of the necklace with the correct text as a thank you for being patience with us.

Delivery was fast. The packing was very nice. And the products look exactly like on the website. I wear mine everyday and take it off maybe once a month and it hasn’t changed at all.
