Unfortunately the delivery terms are not as mentioned. Turns out, they order in China. Package was poorly in plastic with the term ‘ fashion jewelry’ and found the earrings on Ali for € 1,20. Good marketing, saying the items are ‘ custom made’ so that you can not return them and then order from China. Hope you earn a lot of money this way.

The customer service was exceptionally great! I loved how helpful they were in helping me order, to tracking my order when there were technical difficulties. Even with the time difference between Netherlands and Papua New Guinea, they were prompt and super helpful.

Their products are absolutely beautiful and go well with every outfit I wear. I've had people come up to me to compliment my snake cuffs.

I ordered three rings and am so happy with them. I ordered all of them in gold and the colour is exactly like in the pictures (not a gold that's nearly yellow that you usually get for this price). So far, they've not tarnished at all, even though I wear them while washing my hands and using sanitizer. The size guide was really helpful.
Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will be ordering more.

About a month ago I ordered the Sparky Snake ring which as said not supposed to tarnish since it’s made of stainless steel but its starting to tarnish and leave green spots on my finger other than that the rest of the order was perfect really love the rest of the jewelry I ordered

My ring color faded after a few wears. I have no idea what their material is made of. I also ordered an eye necklace which looked nothing like the pictures online. After returning as instructed, the team confirmed that they received my return, but stopped replying to me when I asked them for a refund. Don’t have high expectations when you order from this brand.

I have been wearing my you-arabic necklace all the time since the day I got it. Even in the shower, the color have stayed the same.
