I previously bought a table and chairs from furniture one in nowra and totally fell in live with them . I went on line & found the stools that I ordered . They arrived 3 days after ordering them and I am very happy with your product . In the future I will be ordering a TV until, buffet and coffee table . Pleasantly surprised
Delivery was so fast, we received our product a week ahead of the estimated period. The product was packaged very securely, I just wish the packaging was more sustainable - we personally don’t like seeing polystyrene packaging or having to deal with the rogue foam balls that break off.
The quality is great, all edges have been finished/covered and the item is exactly as per the photos. We’re very happy

My order was mixed with another one so…
My order was mixed with another one so I received the wrong items. It is annoying that you have to go to the post office to post it back even if they pay for the post. Customer service was helpful and reachable. I am just annoyed with the process. I would have preferred they organize a pickup so I didn't have to go to the post office.
