I haven't received it
I haven't received it, haven't had any response from worx to say that it's actually been sent. I've tried 3 times no response. I paid extra priority postage on the 1st January it's now the 14th January, very bad customer service.

We did respond to your email enquiry, and your tracking information was uploaded to your order once it was dispatched. We apologise if there was any delay in this reaching you. According to the tracking, your order is currently awaiting collection at your local post office.
As noted on our website, we were closed from 24th December to 4th January, and a notification was displayed during this period. When we returned, we had a very high volume of orders to process, which unfortunately caused some delays.
Weâd also like to clarify that we do not offer priority postage, so no priority service was purchased. The postage charge applied relates to our standard shipping and minimum order value, as outlined at checkout.

I am still waiting for the delivery of my order
I am still waiting for the delivery of my order. It is now 12/12/25 and delivery was expected on 1 /12/25. Aust Post advised after I followed up a number of times, that the order contained Hazardous Materials and was therefore sent back to sender to find alternative means of delivery. NO ONE from WORX had advised me or even know of any delay until I spent considerable time following up with AusPost. Some group called Ligentia Aust. was also involved but they have not answered my calls! I am still awaiting feedback from WORX on what is the next step.

Great service; online registration process needs updating - doesnât work
Great service, happy with the products, and prices are very reasonable especially during the sales periods. Delivery quick and seamless. Have given 4 stars for 2 reasons:
The Australian Worx have limited products avail when compared with UK and USA equivalents, and secondly, the online registration process just doesnât workâŠit loops and ends with an error message. The same thing occurred a year ago with another purchase so Iâm unable to take advantage of the additional warranty period thatâs added on when products are registered.
