WORX Australia レビュー

Product arrived appears to be somewhat used (possibly demo). Good product, but disappointed no communication that the product received wouldn’t be brand new sealed.

Great service and quick delivery.

Great tools oi have a great collection and very happy with their performance the only beef I have is the delivery is painfully slow but he I can live with that.

Bert

I was able to buy at a competitive price. Postage was reasonably in time. An acknowledgement email straight after purchase would be reassuring that order was received.

Great online store delivery great and on time

Prompt delivery, good product

Ordering was easy. Product arrives in a timely manner. Happy with product

My Landroid mower has stopped working. There were early warning signs, and I contacted support at that time. Initially, the service was satisfactory and support staff asked relevant questions while we attempted to troubleshoot the issue. However, approximately two weeks ago the mower completely stopped functioning.

I asked whether a loan mower could be provided, or if a contractor could maintain my yard while the mower is being repaired under warranty. I received no assistance with this request, and my follow-up email has gone unanswered for an entire week.

The after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I would not purchase from this company again. Compared to my previous robot mower, this one performed well at first, but after a software update it began getting stuck repeatedly and even started digging into healthy sections of lawn. It feels as though these issues are designed to encourage customers to purchase additional accessories. Overall, I would not recommend any of their products.

Not sure as to whether my review will be correct as the charger I received was incorrect for the battery I have. So far they have been very helpful and I am sending the charger back. I am awaiting the outcome as to whether my money is refunded.

I have 15 different types of tools from worx. Plus about 20 batteries. Only two problems 1 hydrashot water gurnie, the other hydrashor blower. Both replaced no problems. Office girl realy friendly delt with her on both actions. Products so far great living on acreage chain saw, jaw saw, pole saw, blowers, water gurnie, hamer drills, circular saw,jig saw, oscillating saw, nailgun, paint sprayer.I could do with a few more.

Good product, easy to purchase and works well.

prompt service and quality products

Nice cheap products with a great discount meaning I got the box set for cheaper than the individual item I needed. Shipping was fast and the comms great. Products seem ok on first use, only time will tell.
