Really great service from the beginning and all through the buying process. Dan helped us throughout with any questions we had and the auction process he made clear easy and far less stressful than expected so much so we returned and purchased from him again! Very knowledgeable and really clear communication- Highly recommend!!

First time ever buying a property at auction. And wow - Auction House Wales delivered for us! Tempting guide prices got us interested and the comprehensive legal pack gave us the lowdown. Was unlucky to get the previous property (outbid!), but we stayed in there and found something even better the following month. Dan knew the property and the seller - being the ideal person to help make the process as frictionless as possible. The process was super quick, very professional and all completed in under 28 days.

Outstanding work throughout the whole sale process by Dan, backed up by the Auction House team. From the beginning he was sensitive to some complex issues, he wasn't pushy to get me to sign up and I felt I could trust him from the start. The house write-up did it proud and the drone shots, photos and videos showed it off really well. It was a fitting tribute to the house and to my family member who lived there. There were some unpredictable issues along the way which he handled really well. He was always available for advice. Then he got me a great price, whilst being helpful and fair to the buyers. Glad I sold the auction way, the price was very good and the process was fair and fast.

My brother’s property was in a very sorry state. Everyone close to me said the place will not sell, don’t get involved!
