The team worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to make things happen. Communication was always prompt, clear and professional, and they kept us updated every step of the way.

When we struggled to sell my late Dad's house through the traditional methods, I was recommended to try Auction House but was uncertain and apprehensive. I felt it important to write a review for other people like me to learn from what I experienced. I used Auction House in West Yorkshire and from my first call to after the sale they have been absolutely first class. Dan Andrews gave wonderful advice and guidance, but still let me make my own decisions, I never felt any pressure. I always felt fully informed and once the ball was rolling I became very confident that the team would sell it at the best price that they could - which I feel they did! Dan has a well organised helpful team (Rebecca was great) who kept me fully informed on what was happening, including weekly calls and viewing updates. It is a well oiled machine they run.

I am autistic and the need to sell my late mothers house was very daunting. However auction house made the process very easy. Bryony ( Leeds branch) explained everything to us, to enable us to sell our parents home, she explained charges, took the photos and gave follow ups, the property sold a month later and she called to congratulate us for achieving a price over the reserve. good method to sell if you don't want the hassle to make it look pretty for the retail market

From my recent experience I can wholeheartedly recommend West Yorkshire Auction House who sold my mother’s property. They provided an excellent service, were highly professional and gave first-class support and guidance throughout the process. I was rather unsure about going down the auction route but I had no need to be. It was all handled expertly. Communication skills were first rate, Dan in particular, who explained the auction process clearly. A very reliable team.
