I had a great experience with Auction House Japan. They took me through step by step, the process of importing a vehicle into New Zealand. I told them what my total budget was and exactly what I wanted and they were so spot on! I brought a fantastic Toyota Wish family car and it is perfect for us not to mention in amaculate condition! Cheers, Rose

My experience with them was good ny agent Davis Ricardo was very patient with me and very understandable.he knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it.i appreciate the service and I'm looking forward to do business with them again very very soon..

There is something fishy about the company. None of my emails get answered (to different people).
And the (obviously non native english speaking) salesmen all have fake English names. I was talking to a Filipino called "John Klein"(since disappeared) and others with obviously fake names.
I'm worried I have lost my deposit.
Anybody else with similar experience?

Matt Marshall was great in helping me acquire my cars, very efficient, effective, transparent and excellent customer service. He was there every step of the way even with a huge time difference, always ready to answer my questions and give advice. The cars I received are in great condition and I will definitely be doing business with Matt again very soon.

I think Auction House Japan is the most trustworthy company. They provided excellent services for purchasing a used Mazda Demio from the Japanese automobile auction and shipped it on time to Anguilla.

We sell used Japanese cars in Haiti and for that we deal with many Japanese exporters. We would like to mention that we have received an exceptional service quality from Auction House Japan. It is surely the best Japanese auto trading company to deal with.

The service was excellent they deliver my car on time. Brian Dean kept me abreast of what's going on with the shipping process will shop again.

Great experience. Top class service from Brian.

I had the best experience with Auction house Japan. I was provided with the best sales professional Mr. Francis George who worked along very patiently with me. It was my first time buying a used car online and I didn't know what to expect. I waited for weeks worrying about the arrival of my purchased car then it finally arrived on time. I am sooooo happy about my car and the condition is actually immaculate! Ahj are the best and they give you exactly what you ask for. A major shout out to Mr. Francis George for blessing me with such a beautiful car!!! Because of him I am sure to do business with Ahj again.

My agent is Jake Henry and he does an awesome job!! All of my vehicles so far were in mint condition!!!! Thank you Jake!!

AHJ has been our top choice for purchasing and importing used vehicles to Aruba. They have expert bidders and always win the desired vehicles. We are confident that this business relationship will last for years!

It was our first experience of importing used Japanese vehicles from Auction House Japan and we found them very reliable because all of the units that we have received are as per the auction sheet. Auction House Japan will be our first preference for importing more vehicles to Guatemala.

I am really proud to be a customer of auction house. I would recommend this company to every one

Importing through auction house japan was a great expereince. They offered complete assistance throughout the process and also provided me with a translated auction sheet, to help me understand the condition of the car. The agent Mr. Zack made sure that I was completely satisfied with the care before biding upon it on my behalf. They won the car for me, shipped it to my port and sent me all the documentations. Custom clearance was easy as everything was perfect at the company's end. The car is in great condition, and in the exact same condition as stated on the auction sheet and mentioned by Mr. Zack. I can safely say that the company is worth giving a shot to import a used car from Japan.

I had an amazing car importing experience with Auction House Japan. Importing directly from auction was an interesting process and I learned a lot about buying the right car from auction because of them. The sales agent Isaac explained how buying from auction works and how it can save me a lot of money. He even gave me a translated auction sheet to access the condition of the car I had chosen from auction. The company placed the bid on my selected car and won it for me. The car delivered to me 3 weeks after winning it from the auction. They had already sent me the complete documents, making it easy for me to get the car cleared of my port in Kingston. Very happy with their services and highly recommend it to everyone.

AHJ has time and again proved that they are indeed the best used cars exporters for our business. We have worked with several car exporters from Japan but Auction House Japan's services remain unmatched. We just received out third batch of 8 cars from them and 7 of them have already been sold. Due to buying directly from auction we not only save money for ourselves but also offer the vehicles to our customers at lesser price than what they find in the market, leading to a very happy customer base. We look forward to importing more cars through them and hope to continue working with them.

I was trying to find a good used car that was in my budget but couldn't find the right car. Finding Auction House Japan was the best thing that happened to me. It was through them that I was introduced to buying directly from Auction. I contacted them and a guy named Taylor gladly explained the entire process to me. He helped me pick a car from auction and their team bid on that car on my behalf. All i had to do was pay the initial bid amount and then pay after my car was won from auction. They guided me through the entire process, along with taking care of the shipping and even the paperwork to make custom clearance easy for me. I am amazed at their exceptional service and great level of commitment.
