Auction House Japan レビュー

Our dealership store is being recognized throughout the country ever since we started buying cars from auction though Auction House Japan. We can easily focus on other business operations and business is starting to expand thanks to the quality vehicles being provided by them. Our point of contact is Mr Andrew and I must say that man is the best at what he does; he not only finds us the highest quality cars at auction but also ensures that they are safely delivered to us with complete documentation, leaving very little work to be done at our end. We are highly satisfied by his service and look forward to working with them.

I was looking to buy a used car from Japanese auctions and it was the first time to make an online car purchase. Someone recommended me Auction House Japan and said that these guys are very much helpful and cooperative. I spoke to one of their representatives who presented me a number of good quality vehicles that were going to be auctioned. They took complete ownership of all the procedures and documentations and kept me well connected with everything. I have finally received the vehicle at the local port in Puerto Rico and it is looking more impressive than the yard images. I am very happy and I will definitely come back to Auction House Japan for purchasing another vehicle.

When I first started dealing with AHJ, I was a little hesitant, especially when I paid that first deposit. I hoped for the best and expected the worst. Even when Brian my salesman (now my friend) sent me that first invoice, I quickly sent it to my Neice to make sure it was legit, Brian was patient and thorough and explained the pros and cons of any vehicle we were bidding on. In the end we chose a beautiful looking Nissan Serena. The timing on shipping and delivery was on point. Brian delivered what he promised. Thanks Brian. Every time I look at the vehicle, I smile.

I ordered a Nissan March from auction through auction house Japan and it arrived in exact same condition as mentioned in the translated auction sheet provided. I will suggest everyone in search of a good used Japanese car to buy from Auction House Japan as they are the best vehicle exporters.

I had been eyeing Nissan X Trail in silver for a very long time and so I bid for it via Auction House Japan. I was very happy with the whole auction process. The customer service was impeccable and they told me everything clearly about the car. I chose the wrong delivery port by mistake and when I contacted the Auction House Japan representative, he assisted me very calmly and ensured that the car was delivered to the correct port. Even though it was an error on my part, that I entered Port Castries instead of Port Vieux Fort, yet AHJ customer care was extremely flawless. I will definitely be purchasing all future vehicles from them

As a new customer, I am very much satisfied with Auction House Japan's services. I would like to add that it is one of the best who exactly know how to achieve the right balance between pricing and quality. Their assistance was outstanding in terms of winning the bid for my chosen Toyota Vitz. Additionally, they offer the easiest and most flexible processes for importing used cars to Dominican Republic. I will definitely reach out Auction House Japan for purchasing another used Japanese vehicle when need arises.

My experience with Auction House Japan was 'AWESOME'!!! Sean Andrews was excellent in his delivery from start to finish. He answered all my questions and kept me informed at all times. I have bought 2 cars from Auction House Japan. A Nissan Note and a Nissan Skyline. But by far the Nissan Skyline is my favorite it came in excellent condition just as Sean said. Thank you Sean Andrews I will surely come back again..Great Job my husband is Super Excited with his new ride.

I own a large scale automobile dealership in Suriname and import around 12 used vehicles every month from Japan. My inventory includes both commercial and passenger vehicles and for that, I need the best online system to manage my bids, purchases and overall operations. I would like to mention that Auction House Japan has the best systems and provides the easiest and convenient online account area. If I talk about myself, my online account area has solved a lot of problems for me.

I got great service from Shawn Andrews at Auction House Japan. He was patient and continued to look for cars with my specs even though I had a small budget. Then he followed through with me on everything made sure I collected my documents and checked in with me before the car boat docked and after to find out how the clearing process was going. This was beyond my expectations.

My car was exactly as described on the auction sheet I still can't even find the A1 scratches.

I'm very happy and will recommend this service to anyone if you know what kind of car you want and specs you need.

I was very nervous and concern at first. It was the first time i was buying from Auction House. It was a rough start. But I was being helped by Fred who slowly became more than just a sales representative to me. He became a friend that i had put my trust in. And he didn't let me down. He kept his promise of delivering a good quality car. And today i can say he became a good friend to me. I would highly recomend him to help any one willing to buy a car from Auction House.

I would like to thank Auction House Japan for taking care of all the import processes for us. I and my brother have been in the vehicle import business for 6 years now. Auction House Japan has made our lives much easier by providing genuinely professional services. Our correspondence is with Mr. Andrew, one of their highly skilled sales agents who helps us find the best cars from auction houses all over Japan. His commitment is plausible and has never let us down; from shipping to clearance and delivery of the vehicles, everything has become simpler and hassle free. We no longer have to go through the lengthy procedures of filling the documents and several trips to the Port of Spain for clearance. We hope to strengthen our working relationships with them and continue receiving the same great service.

The agents at Auction House Japan are truly great and committed to finding you the perfect car from Japanese auctions. I told the agent Mr. Harry my budget and the type of car I required. He found amazing options for me to choose from. I selected a few and he won the car I wanted, within my budget and even saved me some money. The car was delivered in due time to Liverpool without any hassle. It is without a doubt the best way of buying a used car from Japan. Thank you Auction House Japan for getting me an amazing car from auction. Special thanks to the agent Mr. Andrew for making the process so simple, I am very thankful to them for guiding and making my buying experience better. I received the car 2 days back at Mongla port, Bangladesh and it does not look used and is in great condition. My friends and family love it as well. Delivered what they promised and exceeded my expectations. :)

Japanese cars are very popular in my country and people like to purchase used Japanese cars also. There are a lot of local dealers who deal in used Japanese cars but I wanted to experience purchasing from Auction House Japan as I had got good reviews about it and a friend had received a car at very low price from them.

After purchasing a vehicle through Auction House Japan, I can easily say that all the praise that I had previously heard about them are justified. The car I got was in good condition, low priced and well maintained. They also didn’t waste any time in shipping the car to Karachi port. I would like to thank Auction House Japan for their service to me and look forward to dealing with them again.

I am from Norway and running an automobile import business in Ireland. I have imported vehicles from Auction House Japan multiple times and they have always delivered me the vehicle in good condition and quick time. One of the major reasons that I like working with Auction House Japan and posting this review is that their sales staff is very professional and helpful. I generally deal with the sales agent named Shawn, who has also asked me to post a review here.

All their agents understand the vehicle business and the market that am working in and have always received good support in terms of popular vehicles and payment options. Among all the other exporters that I have dealt with, Auction House Japan is definitely the best in every way and always my first choice for importing any used cars from Japan. I would like to recommend Auction House Japan to all vehicle dealers especially in Ireland
