I bought a pair of hearing amplifiers and after 6 months of light routine use one earpiece stopped working and the volume on the other completely dropped off. In my view a complete waste of money. I have decided not to bother contacting this company as my experience with them has been the same as a lot of other people a complete waste of time and effort.
Audicare, costumer support is a joke, zero costumer support after Damadge Delivery
I placed an order for a pair of devices in September 2025. The courier, Evri, contacted me to report that the packedge was destroyed/totaly damadge in transit and could not be delivered. They advised me to contact Audicare for a replacement.
For the past month, I have repeatedly tried to contact Audicare through their official email and website contact form, but I have received absolutely no answer. The complete silence is unacceptable.
While the delivery issue was with the courier, Audicare's total lack of costumer support to resolve the problem is deeply concerning. I cannot recommend a company that is unreachable when an issue arises!
Blue tooth amplifiers
Had a set of the blue tooth amplifiers. But one of them stopped working and the other doesnt hold a decent charge, but works well apart from that.
The support email just doesn't work. Got hold of someone on messenger, and told to use marketing@. Did get through to someone who promised a replacement set. But that was a month ago, heard nothing since.
Foolishly maybe, decided that I needed a new set, so 10 days ago ordered and paid A new set.
Get confirmation, get on it's way email with tracking number. Then emial from Evri, saying it's expected.
No further updates. Order 5174 if anyone from Audicare reads this.
When you get them, and they work they are pretty good. Customer service is very flakey.

I ordered â smallâ hearing aids for £89.99. The aids were not small so I returned them by registered post asking for a refund.
6 weeks later, I have received no responses to frequent emails requesting the refund.

I bought a pair of hearing aid in January.
Since last Month, the charging case failed to charge the device. I Did send couple of emails directly via their official customer service contacts. All the emails bounced back without being delivered. I did send another query through their contact form no reply to date. I was in a desperate situation to get a charging case.I did try other places but not lucky to get the suitable one.
PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE to save your money.

I have ordered and paid. Delivery in the UK 2-4 Days, I have emailed, both emails sent back, not recognised, just can't get hold of this company, I am worried that I may have lost my money. How do I get hold of them.

Whist the goods I ordered were received in a timely manner, one of the hearing amplifiers didnât work. I reached out to the company on the given email address and despite several follow ups, including one marked COMPLAINT, there has been no communication from this business. There is telephone number to contact them on and no social media presence to raise my enquiry publicly. I am worried that I have been scammed as there has been nothing to suggest there is a company offering quality goods and a good customer service. Iâll let you draw your own conclusions as to whether this is a business you can trust.
Appalling Company
I returned the hearing aids on 12th March 2025 and received confirmation from Audicare they had received the return. After numerous emails regarding my refund I have had so many promises of a refund being imminent I am still waiting
This Company are appalling and please do not order anything from them they are happy to take your money with a guarantee of a refund if not happy with product but this is not correct

I ordered these hearing amplifiers for my mother 06 April, and still no delivery. I do not want them now, they state that delivery was 2-4 days, it's been 16 days. I want a full refund please.

Bought hearing amplifiers. They arrived and nothing like the advertisement so I returned them based on their returns policy. I havenât received a refund and no one responding to my emails or phone calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Money back guard is a sham
I ordered a pair of hearing aids. I decided straight away they were not for me. I was told by Audicare I could return them for a credit as per the statements on their website. I returned the hearing aids at my own expense. I never received a refund despite waiting the required 14 days, chasing Audicare and providing proof of delivery. I have now requested a refund from my credit card company.
Terrible customer service and a completely misleading website. Do promise stuff you donât deliver!

Purchased a pair of hearing aids and unfortunately I lost one. Firstly I want to say that they are excellent. I don't have the model number but these are the ones "Rechargeable Hearing Amplifiers, with Touch Control £72.99". The second point I want to make is the Customer Services team are excellent. I dealt with Charlotte ref the missing earpiece. Although she couldn't send a replacement as this would mean sending a brand new pair and not something they can afford to do being a small company she managed to prioritise an order of another pair of hearing aids. Thanks again Charlotte.

One of my earpieces did not work but within 24 hours of my review the company came back.they were sending me a replacement. Excellent service.
Uncomfortable for me
Purchased hearing aids, but have been unable to get them to work correctly for me. I find them uncomfortable in my ears despite changing the ends.
I have emailed for a return to be arranged without any kind of reply yet .
