Great product and great company.
I bought a pair of these and loved them. They helped far more than the normal hearing aids I had been prescribed. Unfortunately I somehow mislaid them and wrote to the company to ask how I could re-order. In the meantime I found them online and placed an order.
WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, they checked with me that I did not want delivery of two pairs. Friendly, professional, and honest company.

Ordered a product 2 months ago and cannot get hold of them. They've taken the money and, seemingly, done a runner. No numbers on the web site. Just an email that they don't seem to monitor. I'd avoid these guys.

Thanks to trustpilot Audicare are sending a replacement set of hearing aids after a lot of unanswered emails being sent since November so thank you to Audicare but a big thank you to trustpilot without them I wouldn’t be getting them

At first I had issues with the wrong item sent but the customer support team specifically Jack got it sorted very quickly.
Buy the better quality ones it's worth it
I bought a set of in the ear Amplifiers and have used them for a while they definitely help but not to keen on the sound I hear from the TV I have just bought a pair of in ear blue tooth ones from the same people and they are much much better more expensive but I think definitely worth the extra £30

Apologies are fine but........why not refund the £5.15 postage fees to get my money back or perhaps top it up to £10.00 for the total experience. That's real customer care!! Alan Grant
Having ordered a set of Audicare hearing aids on 26 October, when they arrived, it became immediately obvious they were unsuitable for my hearing impairment. I notified Audicare immediately, but it took four emails before they responded. They advised that the set I received must have been defective and insisted they would send a replacement. After 9 days, nothing happened, so I notified Audicare that I was not prepared to try another set. They informed me that they had stock shortages but another set was on its way. When the second set arrived on 23 November, they were exactly the same as the first ones. Remote, tinny in sound and quite unsuitable. I was then advised that in order to get a refund the items had to be returned "unused" and in their original packaging. I protested that in order to try out the hearing aids I had to "use" them and was advised it was to deter "timewasters". Both sets were returned on 28 November and signed for at the Hull HQ address on 30 November at 1005. Despite this, I have today received notification via Pay Pal that they will not refund until the items are received!! This has been one of the most frustrating and challenging companies I have had to deal with, and their concept of customer care is appalling. Avoid Audicare at all costs. I am now pursuing a dispute through PayPal. Poor quality hearing aids, appalling customer service and a miserable experience that I could do without as an 83 year old with disabilities, living with minimal support.

Great product and excellent value
Great product and excellent value. There are different sizes of the earplugs to fit and adjustable volume control for total comfort. Recharging the batteries could not be easier.
The devices have improved my quality of life and I am very happy with them.

Please be aware of all similar websites selling ear amplifiers. The format is virtually identical. Huge scam.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Appointment made with no hassle. Seen on the same week I made my appointment. Lovely staff who put me at ease immediately. I thought my hearing was reduced considerably but after an ear examination and a suction treatment was done in one ear I had full return of my hearing!! Done quickly and completely painless. Fantastic and would highly recommend.

Received my hearing aids but had a problem with the volume, they were too loud & I couldn't reduce the volume. After Audicare contacted me to see how I was getting on with them I explained my problem & they promptly sent me another set of hearing aids. Excellent service, I am very pleased with my purchase, brilliant aids & well worth the money. Derek Fox 👍

Hearing aids were unsuitable for me .I returned them as instructed And after waiting for my refund which didn’t arrive tried contacting them numerous times with no response.Fortunately I had paid by PayPal and received refund on final day of dispute . STAY AWAY

I thought my hearing was fine until…
You’ve made a (slightly) old man very happy. I thought my hearing was fine…until I put in my new Audicare hearing aids. Then WOW!! My ears and my brain came alive with sounds I thought I’d never heard before. I had, of course…but a long time ago. I thank you from the bottom of my heart…and my wife thanks you from her bottom too. Great delivery time, good quality aids, just like anthing else it takes a while to get used to them but compared to Boots £2000 it's a great purchase.

I cannot fault this company. When I first contacted them to order and pay for the item it was a smooth and easy transaction. Delivery was very fast. I subsequently experienced a small issue with the unit and this also was very straightforward and was rapidly rectified.

Tried contacting them multiple times since took my money but hasn’t got anything about my order being received, they will completely just ignore you no matter what I’ve sent multiple messages and still nothing. On the site wrote a review which just gets deleted utter terrible
