Pooja was very pleasant and professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. Everything was explained to me well and happy with the way my aids were set. Very happy with my experience and aids.

I had a full hearing test with Nick today, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I don’t normally right reviews - Hidden Hearing have looked after my dads hearing aids for years which my dad purchased - He know he’s mixed dementia and in a care home - yearly he has a hearing aid inspection - which hidden hearing now ring me to arrange a date and time - they sent Emma to visit dad to test and check over the hearing aids and working correctly - Emma rang me before the visit and on the day to confirm the appointment - she also helped me to order the correct size dome's via the internet - would highly recommend the Stafford branch and Emma was highly professional and very caring with my dad - 5 star review -

Although I was pleased with the service offered and the ease of getting appointments, I feel let down over ongoing issues regarding the hearing aid set-up. Noteably the downloaded App which is failing on a daily bases, to which Amplifon, have failed to rectify. Not what you expect when spending £4000.

I had an appointment at the Colchester shop. When I arrived the shop looked like it had gone into liquidation! A sign on the door said "if the shop is not open ring the bell". I decided not to even go in for my appointment -
If I'm buying a hearing device costing thousands of pounds, I want somewhere that will still be in business if (when!) I have problems with it.
I appreciate they're probably cheaper than Specsavers or Boots - but at least those places are almost certainly going to still be there in 3-5 years!!

Thoughtful diagnosis , great attention to detail, amazing improvement to my hearing experience with Aids provided … & this was further enhanced on subsequent follow up visits . Hassan is extremely efficient , effective , courteous and respectful of personal space … in spite of the restrictions of the small area of working space

I went for the test a bit sceptical, but had the test and was impressed, he went through every thing in detail and it made me really confident.
The only thing I could complain about was I had a email saying I’m in titled to £50 voucher, I Phoned and got transferred To Tnother shop and i left a message now I’m told that I have had the voucher which I have not.

Last year after a lot of research on hearing aide I decided to go with hidden hearing. I arranged for a hearing test at my home. The audiologist explained all my options and gave me a choice of hearing aids. I chose the invisible hearing aids and paid just under £4,000. Two weeks later the audiologist returned and fitted the hearing aids.
He did not give me much information about how they work etc and no follow up visit. I used the hearing aids for the first few months and to be honest I did not notice much improvement. When I was chewing my food they hearing aide would keep popping out of my ears. The felt like they were too big for my ear canals. In the end I did not bother to put them in. There was very little improvement in my hearing. The audiologist did say to contact hidden hearing if I had any problems. Unfortunately before I got around to calling them to discuss the issues my partner died suddenly and with dealing with funeral etc by the time I got around to calling hidden hearing the six months had run out, but another audiologist made a home visit and when I explained the problem with the aids he said I would need new mouldings which he did on the same visit. A week later I received a telephone call from hidden hearing to say I would need to pay an additional £325 because my six month guarantee had run out. I explained to the chap on the phone that they aids were two big for my ear canal and were not made to my size in the first place and I should not have to pay the additional £325, but he refused to accept this. In the end under pressure I paid the additional cost bringing the cost up to £4,325
This was a huge amount of money for me. I then received my hearing aide in the post and I assumed they were my old aids. They felt exactly the same fit and the volum was no better. There was no point in phoning hidden hearing again. Once the receive the payment they are not interested. I have put my hearing aids in my drawer and will never use them again.

I googled Smart hearing and they had a special offer of £149.00 for a similar pair of hearing aids. I bought them on line and they took about five days to arrive. The customer care is brilliant. I received a video in advance on how to use my new hearing aids and what to expect when I first started using them. On the first day I charged them up and put them in my ears and wow what a difference. The are ten times better than hidden hearing. They are comfortable in my ears and I was use to them in no time. I would advise anyone thinking of getting hearing aids from hidden hearing to try Smart hearing and you will save your self£3,850 and get a better quality pair of hearing aids which better customer care than you will receive from hidden hearing. They took £4,325 of my hard earned money for a pair of hearing aids that were not fit for purpose.

The only positive thing I can say about Hidden Hearing is, the chap I spoke to on the phone was very professional, but I am assuming he was not in a position to refund my money when I asked. I will be taken this to trading standards and try and retrieve my money back and will let you know the outcome.

I would not recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone and hope my review will help people to think before spending such a large amount of money with Hidden Hearing. I am a pensioner and struggled to pay £4,325 for some thing I can’t use. I feel sick that any company can charge such a larg amount of money for some thing that cost under £300 to make.

They are very good and the aftercare is very good also.

A very thorough examination, followed by a recomendation, of what is needed. After my tests, i was given a device to try, i was so shocked at how poor my hearing was. I ordered the recommended devices, and had them fitted and callabrated to my needs. Returned 2 weeks later to see how i was aclimatising to them. It was recommended that i returned 2 weeks after that. At that point i had become used to them,and was very comfortable with them.

The agent was extremely knowledgeable and was not pushy

Ana at Hidden Hearing in Sevenoaks was amazing. So friendly, explained each procedure clearly without complicating anything. The testing was done smoothly and explained throughout. Ana treats you like a person and not a patient so she talks with you and not at you. Highly recommended
