After struggling to get through on the phone gor my nan i sent an email over to ask if there were connection issues with their phones. I received a call from their head office first and then later from the branch. They were very apologetic for the difficulty we faced ordering battery replacements for my nan and informed us they would send out batteries on our behalf. To our absolute amazement they sent out enough batteries for several months as an apology and said they were being given to my nan complementary by way of apology for the difficulty we faced getting through.

My nan has been with Audika for several years and the care she receives from them not only when ordering from them but when she goes for hearing checks is very comforting. At 98 years of age one of my family always attends any appointments with her and she is always made to feel at ease and well supported during her visits. Their care with my nan and welcoming manor is a great comfort to my family knowing that she is being taken care of to the highest standard possible.

I can't thank them enough for their support and welcoming nature and couldn't recommend their services highly enough.

I normally use the Summertown office, which is also great, but I was visiting family and managed to forget my charger. I called into the St Albans office and asked for help. They could not have been more friendly or helpful and lent me a charger to get charged up until I headed home.

I needed some help with my hearing aid. Despite it being several years since I purchased the aids (from Amplifon) the staff were incredibly helpful and kind and sorted out my problem.

As always, Everything about my appointment was just fine. My problems were solved quickly and efficiently.

James was both friendly and informative and following my hearing tests, spent a good time explaining how the devices compared. I felt free to ask questions which was useful and I look forward to coming back in a month to sample the latest offerings from Audika.

I've been with Hidden Hearing/Audika for a number of years now and honestly can't recommend them enough. The care and support I've received has always been excellent, with regular check-ups and a team that genuinely cares.

A special mention to Rob, who's looked after my hearing over the years, and to Olivia, who has always made me feel so welcome. She brings such a warm, friendly atmosphere to every visit.

There are plenty of places that offer hearing care, but it's the people here that keep me coming back. Thank you all for everything you do.

I visited Audika in St Albans for ear wax removal and was really impressed with the whole experience. Olivia was extremely welcoming and friendly, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. She was also very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. The appointment was super quick and easy - overall I am very happy with the service. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing ear wax removal!
