Very professional staff everything explained clearly and refreshments offered upon arrival.Time taken to make procedure easy to follow.

The audiologist was great the receptionist was great ,What more can I say.
The audiologist( Waleed Rizwan) at Hidden Hearing says everything: clear explanations, step by step guidance, no rushing, and then that instant transformation when the hearing aids went in. Four years waiting on the NHS is a long time to live in limbo, so finally getting proper support It feels like someone opened the world back up again.
That moment when sound comes back — birds, voices, footsteps, even the little things I forgot That I was missing — it hits you right in the chest. It’s not just hearing; it’s reconnecting.
And going back for the fitting, with the same level of care and professionalism, just seals the deal. I was clearly looked after properly. It’s wonderful that I have got the quality of life back. A proper wow factor indeed.

Staff was lovely

As always, friendly and very professional service.
On my recent visit I had to have some wax removed from my right ear and this has helped immensely with my hearing.
This was carried out by an onsite specialist member of the Doncaster team.
Many thanks for your excellent help.

I've used the wax removal service at the Doncaster branch a few times now the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The wax removal was carried out by lady called Mandy Taylor, very friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone with ear issues.

The receptionist was one of the most amazing and friendly people I've ever met whilst still being very professional.
The clinician (I'm bad with names) was absolutely brilliant. If I was an employer, I'd want him working for me. Could not fault his knowledge, manners, friendly approach and sheer professionalism.

The knowledge was excellent the downside was the price & the surprise of being told that the left ear was retrievable. Then the last was the cost, ouch. It helped a little that we could spread the cost over 12 months interest free.

I went for my usual appointment on Tuesday at the Doncaster branch, I had Mandy Taylor for the first time who was a pleasure, I’m quite used to micro-suction but as it was my first time with her she made sure to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease, she was friendly, polite and managed to clear my ears which is always a task😂

Katherine at the main desk is also amazing, it always puts a smile on my face seeing her and having a chat, she’s a great part of the brand and always makes me feel welcome

My recent experience at Hidden Hearing was exactly what wanted, I had a thorough hearing test and my prescription was adjusted accordingly to allow me to hear more clearly.

Really good and very experienced

I was made to feel welcome from the minute the door was opened. Kathryn and a young gentleman were very friendly and enquired as to whether I would like a drink. I was well looked after by all.
The premises were light, spotlessly clean, and tidy, and quite modern in appearance.
I would definitely recommend to others.

The reception I received was excellent from both the Doncaster branch and also Mandy Taylor certainly put me at my ease .
