Very Helpful stuff members. I called on stock before buying. and the guys I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.. The Only problem was that I received no confirmation email after purchase. No communication about the delivery. However, delivery was very quick. so good job. I will definitely buy from you again.

Outstanding level of service.

The level of friendly help and advice I was given on my first phone call was so reassuring when buying an expensive piece of gear which I have had a chance to try-out.

I was also impressed that an email I sent out-of-hours, with a question about the delivery of the item, was answered within about 20mins. I was expecting to wait until the next day.

Can't recommend them highly enough.

I very rarely leave reviews but this company deserves a positive shout out! I bought a Reloop controller and on finding the unit had a fault, the team were brilliant in arranging a replacement with no hassle. Best price on the internet too. Often good service is only recognised in how well a company deals with something that goes wrong, highly recommended!

Audioserv managed to supply the item I required, at a price I was happy with, which was promptly delivered, in a well packed parcel. Can all but praise them for a service that many companies seem to struggle to achieve. Who needs ebay?

These guys are the best around because they actually work in the industry at gigs and festivals, and they understand what their customers need. They only stock good stuff, be it a small cable or a pro mixing desk for a world tour
