Jlab Go Air Pop Case replacement was dispatched quickly and arrived in good condition

This company is absolutely amazing. I ordered a replacement AirPod a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately it got lost in the post, however the customer service people were absolutely outstanding and sent me another one. I would 100% buy from this website again. Thank you so much

I ordered from Audio Spares in Oct 2025. Nothing arrived, their customer service said they hadn't recieved their stock, I've waited there's been no update or delivery and now they won't refund me.

2 stars for the returns and refund service.
Ordered 10th January.
The product arrived by the 17th January and was in good working order. However, turned out that I didn't need it.
Return process started 18th January.
Required 3 weeks of chasing via email and a complaint on the website messaging app to receive a returns label. This was apparently due to problems with their system.
However, communication was poor and I had to chase them for updates. Apparently they tried to message me using their websites messaging app. I do not frequent Audio spares website regularly to check for messages. It would be better if they sent emails.
Once returned on 21st Feb, I did not receive a confirmation of the return or hear anything until I chased again after 11 days of silence and it took another chase after a further 12 days to get confirmation that a return was being processed.
It took a further 10 days and another chasing email to finally receive a refund on 27th of March.
In every email from Audio Spares after the 5th of March I was asked to change my review on Trustpilot to a more favourable one. I do not feel like they were that bothered about looking after me as a customer, or the returns process, only their own review status.
Use with caution. Be prepared for an arduous returns process should you need it.

Update: The earbud finally arrived on the 3rd of March, this was not completely the fault of Audiospares but also the Danish postalservice.
However it took Audiospares more than two month to ship this small order, and to be honest it seemed like they only reacted when I gave them 1 start on Trustpilot.
But as I finally have received the earbut, have changed this review from 1 to 3 stars.

In November I ordered a Jabra earbud, I was told it would arrive before Christmas. We are now end January and I am still waiting, even they several times have promised to deliver within a few days.
They will take your money, not communicate with you at all and leave you confused. Please spend your money with other companies you can trust.

Lifesaver! Speedy replacement of the charging case for the (discontinued) Powerbeats pro. Works perfectly and saved me from having to buy new headphones

Easy to use website and safe ordering. I lost my earbud case and rather than buy a whole new set i bought a replacement case. It arrived in great condition as advertised. Very pleased

Don’t shop here! The staff are incompetent. It’s virtually impossible to get a refund for an unprocessed order. They will either ignore your emails or lie through their teeth until you lose interest. Strongly recommend checking the trust pilot for audiospares.com where you will find similar stories and 1 star reviews.

Didn't send the package, it's not a "proper" company so you risk paying for nothing..

I bought a replacement Powerbeats pro earphone. Item arrived in perfect condition. Works perfectly and delivered in the promised timeframe. Happy to recommend Audio Spares.
