Excellent customer support. There has been some unexpected delays in the delivery process (warning: when ordering from the EU, you may have to pay additional customs fee and experience some delays), but the customer service answered my email within 1-2 hours. They also have technical expertise, which in my case turned out in anticipating pairing problems with the earbuds. In the end I gave new life to two pairs of earbuds that otherwise I would have trashed out.

Stressful and upsetting; They accepted an order for something they didn;t have in stock and took two months to refund me. You have to consistently chase them via e-mail although they tend to reply within a week or so.

Ordered a replacement head phone and was happy with my purchase... I would definitely recommend 👌

Great to find a retailer who you can actually communicate with! I managed to make order the wrong earbud (Apple AirPod Pro 2 left earbud) where I got a noise cancellation version rather than the non NC version. I emailed the guys and was sent a return label and then a replacement quickly with everything being resolved. Great service, great price. Would definitely recommend.

It was easier than I thought to replace my daughter’s lost earbud.
The team at audiospares customer service is super on it, and made sure we had the right one. When we couldn’t get it synched they helped out with some good tips and everything was working perfectly.

I cancelled an order. Prompt customer service response promising a refund shortly. 6 weeks later, still no refund. Nothing short of lies from them - that the money has been sent, that it'll be with me shortly. My suspicion is that they hope that you'll eventually get bored/forget.

Update: I finally received a refund after posting this. They asked me to take the post down.

No communication then get told its coming and still nothing has arrived.

Clearly just scamming people.
Quick to take money but not quick enough to send products you offer.

If I could put Zero that would be fitting.
Full refund has been requested. Let's see how long it takes to get money back.

Avoid using this company. Ordered a charging case in October 2025 it has never arrived even though I had been told I was sent several times.

Needed just one Airpod for my daughter as one of hers had failed. Easy to order and arrived promptly. These are offered as 3 grades and we chose the middle. It was perfect and looked as good as new. The mesh was pristine and may have been replaced? It paired instantly and is working perfectly. Thank you Audiospares for providing this service at a really affordable price and thanks for the follow up emails to ensure we were happy with the purchase. One word of warning this is a review for the UK company and do not confuse them with similarly named dot com with same name but with whom I have had no dealings!

Easy to find and order the required item. The item arrives very quickly and was in excellent condition as described.

It is a complete gamble whether you'll have the same experience, but I'm honestly amazed this is legal.

To start, I purchased a spare headphone in November 2025. The site said it was in stock, and rather than waste a headphone and charging case to buy another pair I wanted to give the spares a go. However months went by with zero communication or confirmation that my order was being actioned or dispatched. The money, however, did leave my account immediately.

Fast forward to 8th Jan, I had still had no communication as to where my order was, or when I could expect delivery. I was also moving house so asked for my order to be cancelled and requested a full refund. I heard nothing so sent another email on the 29th Jan. I heard back that it had been dispatched AFTER I'd asked for a refund, and was sent to a property I no longer lived at. Another three weeks passed with no communication.

I finally received confirmation that I would be getting a refund on the 25th February. However it has now been more than a month with no refund being provided.

Absolute con. It's either ran by one person or a whole team of individuals who don't care about their customers. Will never buy from here again and strongly suggest you don't purchase from here.

*EDIT* Following the posting of this review I received an email asking me to take this review down and then a refund would be provided. Really poor form and another reason why I will never re-visit this site.

Ignore the four and five star reviews!

I ordered a product in December and it still hasn't arrived. They are now ignoring my emails. I haven't received a refund. At this point I'm considering going to the ombudsman but wondering if the admin is worth my time.

It seems something happened around Christmas as there are several experiences like mine now on this site, which weren't there in December.

UPDATE
After sending a complaint through Shopify, calling another company in their building to verify this company actually exists and searching for audiospares on Companies House to check whether it is indeed a real company (I suggest you search for yourself if you're unsure whether to use them, the search will make the decision for you), audiospares was galvanized by this trust pilot review.

I received my product two days after the post. The famous James, that many of the post highlighted as a star employee, emailed me that he'd be dealing with this directly.

The product I received was in perfect working order and had it been delivered in December 2025 (when ordered) this would have been a five star review.

However, despite receiving the item and being offered a discount for the hassle, I cannot in good faith change the rating. It took four months and countless emails to receive one item.

Placed order. Ignoring emails. No order. No refund. Avoid.

Incredibly happy with the service I received. I initially ordered the wrong product, so contacted Audio Spares to cancel, instead they found the exact right product and that's what I really wanted. Thank you so much James at Audio Spares!

Great communications and excellent customer service. Jay responded very quickly to my email and helped to correct 'my mistakes' which I made when I placed my order for an Apple Airpod Pro Gen 2 (Excellent Condition).

Once everything was clear on what I required, Jay even upgraded the delivery for 'Next Day' at no additional cost.

I received my Airpod the next day. It was as new condition as described. Synchronised with iPhone straight away without any problems. Very pleased with everything.
