A fast and prompt service from Audio Trader. I agreed a trade in price, a courier collected my equipment and payment was deposited in to my account. All completed in a few days. Five stars, I would definitely use AT again.

Went online and got a valuation on 2 items, got a price back in 24 hours , agreed the price and 2 reply paid labels were emailed
Sent items and got the money paid into my account 3-4 days later
Use with confidence

I was slightly nervous selling my instrument this way but I need not have been. Audio Trader kept me informed throughout the whole process, were super efficient and great with their communication. Payment was very swift. Absolutely faultless.

Although I had to have items weighed and the dimension of the box measured it still is an easier process than eBay when you think that there is the option to have items collected-

Once Royal Mail removed the package from the premises it is comforting to consider that everything else is taken care of so thanks very much Audio Trader and I most certainly be using your services again to sell products!

I paid £149 for a Technics double cassette deck which stopped working after 5 weeks and was then unplayable !!! Understandably I was really disappointed. As this occurred after the regulation refund period I felt that I had wasted my money. However, after contacting them I eventually was able to return the deck and have received a full refund. Consequently, I am very happy with the final outcome.

There was an issue with the pick up point but someone from AudioTrader got back to me straight away and we sorted it.

I bought a Quad 240 studio amp last week and the first plus point is that they were very communicative and helpful, a very fair price was also offered even with now (expensive) shipping to Italy.. The web site is intuitive and everything about their service is very efficient and professionally handled. I cannot recommend Audio Trader highly enough.

Bought a Sony Minidisc separate from these guys and I'd never heard of them before but glad I found them. It turned up on time well packaged in original box and it's beautiful. It had been serviced and cleaned infact it looked almost new. It was a joy to buy off these guys and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anybody. I submitted 3 high end pro audio pieces for appraisal. The quotes that came back were laughable. Whilst I appreciate the company will need to make a profit, the quotes were so low that I felt instantly compelled to leave a review. The company gets an extra star for coming back with a quote in a timely manner.
