Just what I needed, the tubes sound phenomenal and the magic eye works great. The site is easy to navigate, and I found the right tubes the first time.

Records cleaned perfectly with a clear improvement in audio quality and returned promptly.

Absolutely beautiful goats hair vinyl cleaning brush - very tactile wood and sits stylishly alongside the turntable - and it does the job!

After I phoned them up and got a voicemail message I got a personal call back within an hour and they were able to explain and answer my questions that I had.

I was then able to order directly from their website (not Ebay) and got my valves within a couple of days.

Great service and reliable authentic valves.

The tubes already sound better than the stock Chinese ones, even though I've only got about 18 hours on them.

Needed replacement valves for Fatman amplifier and received good advice and prompt attention. It turns out that the valves were not the problem but I have retained them as they are rated as better than the original Chinese equipment and sought out a local repair technician to rectify the fault.

Superb customer service, accurate advice and rapid dispatch.

I purchased a couple of items, the best of which was the “dust magnet” stylus cleaner.
I’ve now cleaned a number of stylus with this, it’s a brilliant little product and cheap as well.
Delivery is swift and communications are great.
