Excellent overall service from James. I bought a Tonewinner AT500 and had some struggles with the software. James stepped up and helped get me up and running with helpful suggestions and a new firmware update from the manufacturer.

Highly recommend.

I bought their 150” ALR screen to place in my movie room with a Valerion Visionmaster Max. I live in the US, but the order process, delivery, and install was smooth. The image from this screen and projector pair is phenomenal. It’s effectively a 150” 4k tv. I would strongly recommend them for your home theater project.

Thanks James, for the great communication. The delivery of the Tonewinner D6000 to Germany was faster than expected and very well packaged. The subwoofer is a lot of fun and the app is fantastic. I'll definitely buy my next one from you again.

I bought a UST projector. I was interested in a new model, not yet widely available, and in general projectors aren't always in stock in many places. I was able to get advice over the phone and via whatsapp messages. The delivery was reasonably fast from overseas via Fedex.

Bought a Tonewinner 11 channel Amp. Arrived intact and fully functional.
Great price and import duties were included in the price.

I bought through Ebay as the size of screen was available through that route rather than the website. The communication was excellent and even though there was a stocking issue, I was kept informed and provided with the international tracking details.
The screen arrived slightly ahead of schedule, elwhich was great considering it was over New Year and the product and packaging were perfect!
I found the assembly was best to be reviewed first and done as a combination of using the video and the two parts of instructions all together as each didn't cover all the steps.
The results though are great, my UST projector image looks so much better now, is more visible in daylight and ambient conditions, but in dark conditions, it really looks amazing! Very happy customer.

I was looking for a supplier for a UST projector and screen and found PP-AV. I was a little apprehensive at first but having checked reviews here and messaged them I was quickly responded back to by James.

I've since purchased a UST and motorised screen from them and had no issues at all.I've found Jame's to be very helpful and knowledgeable in the areas I was looking to purchase, at times looking at various shipping options and times frames. I also ordered a cabinet however following a slight error I then requested a refund. This was progressed immediately and visible back on my card and through as a clearing transaction a few days later.
Everything I purchased was via a credit card to give me additional consumer protection incase something went wrong however they have been great and I would definitely use them again. Thanks James and all the team at PP-AV.

This screen made me realise my projector is way better than I thought it was.

I have a LG Cinebeam on to a painted white wall ( I used cinema high gain paint that costs 300 a tin and needed 4 tins)

This screen cost less than half the amount I spent building and painting a screen.

Wow the picture is mind blowing it’s like actually being there!!

I’ve now bout 2 screens from theses guys and I’m not disappointed.

When choosing a home cinema setup its expensive, and you want a company that gives you a personal customer service and knowledge, not just the cheapest box shifter. PP never failed to delivered on this, customer care is first class and model for how the big companies out there should do it! Really please with my projector and the 120 ALR takes the experience to another level. ALR is a must if your upgrading. I had a Benq and standard white screen, this setup is another league now. Friends have commented on quality of the projected image at 120". I'm glad I went floor raising the weight of the screen is heavy, its not flimsy junk, if mounting on a ceiling you would need 2 men without a doubt to lift. Screen when lifted gives a sharp crisp image the tensions on the side pull the screen out and no visible ripples, absolute must to to have the tensions. My old screen had no tension ability and was not an issue on long throw, but the UST its a must! Awesome. Thanks PP!

Very good screen, good manufacturing.
I'm very happy with this 110" ALR ascending screen, it matches very well with my Epson EH-TW9400.
James the salesman is very helpful and usually responds as quickly as possible.

I ordered an ultra short throw projector from Phoenix Projectors a few months back and their customer servie was excellent. Not only was the product they provided of excellent quality but the customer service was outstanding. I originally went to purchase through the UK site and instead of letting me incur the import charges they gave me help in sourcing the same product through one of their EU stores. After a few messages and recommendations I ordered through their Spain Amazon store. In the end they cut hundreds of euro of the final price through good customer service.

I would say after 10 years using a "basic" projector, I have been astonished by the quality of the Formovie Theater !!!
Despite a broken device after just 1 week, PP-AV send me in the next days a spare brand new product even before they got mine and took into their responsibility all costs.

By far, one of the best sellers I’ve dealt with. After receiving the Formovie Theater projector I realized it was not going to work for my specific setup, It turns out this unit is designed to be used as a desktop setup not ceiling mounted, the problem comes from the Bowers & Wilkins speakers are not optimized for a ceiling mount. and of course, there is nothing on the Formovie website mentioning this problem.
After contacting Phoenixprojectors-av, James at responded immediately to my questions even on weekends. Once I decided to return the unit, the whole process was seamless, and I got reimbursed right away. Bravo James at phoenixAV I Wish all sellers were as thorough and reliable as you.
