Do Not Use this company there is nowhere and no help to cancel subscription. They are thieves. I had to cancel my credit card.

I am happy with the program because it fulfills its function. I would like to highlight the fabulous treatment of the support team, at the time I had some technical complications, I contacted them and they were very willing and we managed to fix it.

I bought the lifetime / multi-user license. Entered the license key & email address, but it kept prompting me to re-enter. I sent an email to support and got a reply saying it was being investigated. I got it to work on a different Win10 machine, but still not working on the one in question.

Great software and super responsive and helpful team, who helped with the initial install and with transfering the license to a new machine after the previous one was stolen. The software does its job very well.

Audkit Music Converter is a fantastic app, reliable and smooth and it just works. Their support is top notch too, when my mac crashed and I bought a new one, they were super helpful and responsive in transferring the license to the new mac. Special thanks to Mallin who was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.

this software works great on mac. also, i had an inquiry and customer service went above and beyond to help me out. all around a great experience.

This product does not work for Spotify conversion. The product also asks for administration rights across multiple folders even though it never writes to those folders. I believe it is malware. This product did nothing when I installed it for Mac but needed access to several administration folders.
