Luxurious development with excellent amenities- friendly and efficient staff.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Answered all my questions and refreshingly not too “salesy” welldone

Dana was very and helpful and friendly. She helped us to understand the workings of Audley. The apartments and houses are well equipped and attractive!
Dana realised that we are not ready for this facility at present. It’s a possibility for the future.

Without doubt, we could not have been looked after better as prospective customers and the detailed attention given to us by the Wycliffe Sales Manager was superlative. we are both very grateful for the experience.

When we arrived we had a parking spot with our name on it and Sarah was waiting for us outside the building so we didn't have to think about where we should park or what building we should be looking for.
We had a lot of questions regarding the lease and ongoing cost of monthly management fee and the deferred management fee and why the cottages are leasehold. Sarah certanley explained the cost structure.
We then had a tour of the facilities the dining area and bar,gym and relaxation and hobbies room.
We then had a tour of the show apartment and the show cottage they were very impressive and had very high spec but then they are a lot of money.

Samantha was very welcoming and made a real effort to find out about our retirement accommodation needs before telling us all about the Audley Ellerslie philosophy and offering. The tour round the show flat was informative and useful and the explanation of the costs was comprehensive. Afterwards, she showed us the quick way to walk into Malvern so that we got an impression of the town, which was not familiar to us.

Well organised, helpful and informative visit. We were looking to get as much information as possible for what would be a big step for us to take. Both Louise and Lewis answered all our questions clearly and gave their time freely.

Tony Gibb the person who showed me around and talked me through everything was extremely well informed and answered all questions I had even before me asking.

We were very impressed with the village itself.
the main building is beautifully appointed. the restaurant and the food are excellent.
There are a few drawbacks. I think the extra charge for a parking space on properties of this price is excessive also, whilst we have two cars there is no available space for an extra one
Whilst at present we are able to drive, the properties are a long way from the main road, a bus stop and any shops. Storage space within the apartments is minimal and considerable downsizing of our contents and belongings would be necessary if we were to move to the village.

A real eye opener. The visit exceeded all our expectations from the quality of the properties to the reasonableness of the ongoing costs. The facilities were excellent and well maintained and well presented. We felt it would be a beautiful, safe and secure place to live. Louise who showed us round was very pleasant, welcoming and knowledgeable.

We had a splendid visit. Everyone was pleasant and extremely helpful. The restaurant was a delight. It was spacious and elegant. The food was of a very high standard.
We walked round the complex which was in a superb setting. The buildings are set well apart and the wellness centres very inviting, especially the swimming pool.

We had a very useful visit. The concept of the retirement village was very well explained including the costs involved. We also had a tour of the development which was very helpful. We did not feel any undue pressure and Sarah was very empathetic. My take away was that this is a lot more than moving house, more making a lifestyle change.

We were very impressed with our tour of Audley Village. Melanie Burns was very friendly , helpful and informative.

We enjoyed the experience and it was all made better by Wendy the lovely lady we met, she was very informative and answered all our questions.

Lovely buildings, in delightful surroundings. Very well presented by your representative.
