The shoes are high quality and true to size. I was unsure about buying shoes online (without seeing them up close and trying on for size) but they are a perfect fit and exactly as I hoped they would be. Delivery was within the specified time and free to the UK. I would highly recommend.

My experience started with a gift pair of shoes that were the incorrect size. I returned the incorrect size shoes and ordered a pair the correct size. The company gave me a credit and made it very easy to return and to reorder. I ordered the shoes I wanted and now have the nicest pair of dress shoes I have ever owned. Thank you Robert.

I love my golf shoes from RA. I get so many compliments on them. The communication from the very beginning was awesome. Robert keeps you updated on your order all along the way. I highly recommend RA if you're looking for some great golf shoes. They are first class all the way!

I love Robert August shoes because the customer has the ability to basically design his/her own shoe in a wide variety of leathers/colors. I like the fact the shoes are made in Spain and not in India, Pakistan, and other countries that exploit employees. Also, his shoes much more reasonably priced than American-made shoes. Alden shoes have gotten ridiculous expensive, while Allen Edmonds has even started cutting corners. Oh, Rancourt offers American-made custom shoes, although they don't have the variety offered by Robert August. BTW whenever I emailed Robert August, I was shocked that it was always Robert who answered my emails. When was the last time the owner of a company responded to customers' emails?
