AuPeptideLabs is an Australian-owned and Australian-based supplier of research peptides, shipping nationwide. We started because sourcing research peptides in Australia usually meant one of two things: a long wait on an overseas order with no real idea what would arrive, or paying local prices for the same uncertainty. We wanted to build the alternative — a domestic supplier that's transparent about what it sells and easy to actually talk to. Every batch we stock is sent for independent third-party testing through Janoshik Analytical, and the certificates of analysis are published on our website against the batch code printed on each vial. If you want to verify what you have, you can. We think that should be a baseline rather than a selling point, though in this industry it still isn't. All products supplied by AuPeptideLabs are strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not therapeutic goods, are not approved by the TGA, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, or any form of clinical application. Nothing on our website or in our communications should be interpreted as medical advice. Orders are dispatched from within Australia via Australia Post, with tracking provided on every order. 58 years young and had never done pepitides before- really concerned about the certification and that it wasnt just a copy- so 2 months in on Reta and its awesome- great quick delivery and ive had a couple interactions with their customer srvice and it was great- I feel like we can have trust and confidence in this company

Fantastic pep supplier
Fantastic pep supplier. Repeat customer here, they are awesome with communication and the process is always quick and delivered fast. Have recommended to a few different people who have since ordered. Great people to use for your pep needs. Will continue to re-order again and again!

Order for peptides and Bac water placed on 8/June/2026 @ 17.57pm
9/June/2026 @13.38 received confirmation email "Your Order is on its way"
Tracking Number 99721174877301000840903
Received parcel on 12/June/2026
NO BAC WATER included and I received 2 packets of syringes that I did not order.
12/June/2026 sent email to Pept and message on their www support portal, saying "how can we help"
I explained that the ordered BAC water was not included, support wrote that they will advise Admin.
19/June/2026 I received an email from Pepts saying "Sorry about the delay with your package as they had sent the Bac water on Friday 12/June/2026
I was advised by Admin that my package was delivered - It had NOT been Delivered.
I asked for a Tracking Number for the package of Bac Water, I still have not received any reply.
17/June/2026 I sent another email to Pept advising then that I still had not received their package from 9/June/2026.
20/June/2026 Another email to Pept advising that I have not received my Bac Water and asked for their tracking number.
21/June/2026 I sent another email, nothing received in the mail and asking for their Tracking Number.
Stone walled, No reply.
24/June/2026 I sent another email advising that it is now 3 weeks and I still have not received my order of Bac water.
At 14.25 on 24/June/2026 -still no reply
I have peptides in the fridge now for 3 weeks and have not been able to use these because Pept's Customer Service in my situation is Broken and dysfunctional.
I URGE anyone who is considering placing an Order with PEPT to seriously reconsider and ask yourselves what would YOU do if your order had not been fulfilled in order for you to commence your peptide program. The Stone walling in my situation is distastefull to say the least. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I AM NOW FORWARDING ALL MY CORRESPONDANCE TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS.
