Scam. Do not touch.

I too ordered a hoodie and a T-shirt.  I too received a hoodie about four sizes smaller than ordered.  I'm a 2XL, and ordered a 4XL because I wanted it baggy.  When it arrived, I tried to squeeze it on and thought it was going to rip because of the cheap material.
I too did not receive the T-shirt.  When I complained about the size and quality of the hoodie, that I hadn't received the T-shirt, and I wanted a refund, they said the T-shirt was out of stock and would be sent when it is back in stock.

When I told them that wasn't what I asked for, and reiterated that the quality was horrible and the size was very wrong, they asked me for the order number, and said it needed to be shipped to China, even though it was shipped to me from California.  Shipping to China costs more than the original order.

This company had also stated this product was the "Original" product, so they have been reported for fraud.

Hoodie arrived, far to small. T-shirt never arrived. Have to send it back to china at your on cost. So probably be more expensive that the hoodie is worth !!!!! AVOID SCAM SITE !!!

Only part of order arrived poor quality writing not even in the centre of the back of the hoodie, I’ve emailed and asked about my missing t- shirt they just say it’s out of stock I’ve given up now I don’t think it will arrive

Do not touch this shop. Their website is misleading with their claim of customer rating, the products are not high quality, I can now see they are not the original mental health "to the person behine me" tshirt, the sizes are far smaller than claimed, the free tshirt will not arrive, and if you complain then you will never hear back from them.

To those that were suckered in like I was, contact your bank/credit card and dispute the transaction for breach of contract and missold goods.

Scammers part order missing take money and run

I received my hoodie but no free t-shirt, as was advertised, and what prompted me to order.
The hoodie was a lot smaller than I expected.

I emailed to advise that the t-shirt had not been included in the order and attached a reply to the emails I received from the Company. Each time, I had the response that the email couldn’t be sent due to it appearing to have ‘a virus attached’!

I then sent an email to the support team and received the same response.

I have not been able to make any contact with this Company and nor have I ever received the free t-shirt.

AVOID at all costs!!!!!

Firstly, the sizes are wildly exaggerated if you want something to go over other items of clothing he vary careful. I am a 2-3 xl chest in every item of top clothing, so I ordered the 5xl to be baggy. Sadly news its a 2xl at best. Now the "Free T shirt offer" my package finally arrived but no T shirt, I contacted them again as I had messaged a few times via email as the package took far to long and the tracking system showed weeks in China.
When question about T shirt they said they emailed me and it must be in spam. Good try and a very quick of the cuff get out reply.
They said they were so popular they had ran out and would send it later (I will not be holding my breath).
So to the communications, poor at best, mainly non existent now I have asked return questions.
To send this poorly manufactured item of child sized clothing back to China is quoted at £15 to £20 pounds and when and if the T shirt appeared would be a similar cost.
In conclusion, keep your money in your pocket and shop elsewhere i couldn't tell you what the material is but it isn't a fleece.
I am attempting to get a credit recharge through my credit card company for "goods not of sellable quality and items ordered not being dispatched" and "failure to honour a contract"

No communication the email doesn’t work. Took a long time to arrive. Then it was screwed up awful quality and sizing very very small order 3XL and was more L/XL . No teeshirt as they said they have run out avoid this company .

This is a store based in china ! Order not sent! No refund!
I ordered a 3xl Hoodie. A size larger than I usually ware. When it came it was a L AT BEST - There is no mention on the website of the customer being charged to get a refund and no mention that It would need to be sent to China ! The free T shirt that I ordered NEVER came. They said they emailed me about it which they never did. DO NOT USE . POOR ITEMS. FAKE .

Very disappointed with my order. I purchased a 5XL hoodie, but the hoodie arrived in a medium. The T-shirt was also backordered. Customer support responded, but expected me to pay to ship the incorrect item back to China. The mistake was theirs, yet the burden was placed on me to fix it. Poor quality control and poor customer service. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Extremely poor quality, XL is more like a medium. Missing "free" t-shirt, my wife requested a refund to have the request ignored and a message sent back claiming they had sent an email advising out of stock for t shirts...definitely did not and still no sign of a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Disapointed.
Placed 2 orders, one for myself and another one for my wife.
Quality is poor.
A very basic low value product.
Unlike the photos on the website, the beige one came with white writing, so it is unreadable.
Free Tee shirts were not sent, when I contacted them about the first missing one they claimed to have emailed advising a delay - no sign of an email for either order.

Avoid them.

I am going to give mine away and order from a better supplier.

Ordered the "You are enough" Hoodie on 12/05/26 which had a free T-Shirt offer.

Item came on the 26th May 2026, but no T-shirt was in the packaging with the hoodie.

Emailed them on their website (trustpilot wont let me put their email address in this review), but it bounced back straight away. Messaged them through their website again with no response.

This website and company will not reply to your emails or messages, so be warned. Order at your peril. Don't make the same mistake i did.

PS. Quality of hoodie is also shocking.

The free T-shirt advertised with hoody wasn't included and the 5XL I ordered would probably wouldn't qualify for 2XL. Have emailed them and told them not to bother with any T-shirt - note to self - Don't follow Instagram adverts🤦‍♂️

Don't use this company, very poor quite items their reviews are clearly fake, poor quality good poor customer service do no touch
