I ordered 7 items and it said free shipping. When the items arrived, USPS emailed me saying I needed to physically go to the post office to pick up my items. They said the seller did not pay for all of the shipping and if I wanted the package I would have to pay an additional $7.88. Then once I got home only five of my items were in the package. Despite multiple attempts at getting ahold of the company I have not been able to. Quality of items is also bad, as if you're buying from Shein but paying extra.

Great quality, very flattering and beautiful design. Quicker delivery than expected and included a free tote in my delivery which was nice and unexpected!

Got the wrong thing, then took ages to get the right thing. Shipping was longer then it said

First time purchasing at Aurelle and I hate it. I ordered 4 new bikinis in early October of this year (2022) and it's already almost November and I still haven't received my package nor a tracking #. I have tried contacting Aurelle through email, their website, and their social media and still have yet to hear from them.

Order says delivered and I didn’t receive my package. I want a refund for my money.

I never got my order or even tracking information, and haven’t gotten a single response on any emails, Instagram dms or chats on the website. I’ve tried it all. I want my money back

Honestly don’t buy from here. It’s a scam. I EVENTUALLY got my package, but that was after a month from ordering and without a shipping email/tracking code. I wouldn’t feel safe spending my money here again.

I’ve contacted you guys several times with no response and I never received a pair off bottoms that came with my order.

I have sent at least 5 email regarding further information on a return as the bikini top was too small for me and naturally I wanted a refund to purchase a new size. They have now not responded to me in a month. Very poor communication and would not recommend purchasing if you are unsure of sizing and require communication with the their team.
