Ordered a bikini… Package was shipped out quickly but I got someone else’s order. I attempted to email 3 different people I guess in the company no response. Glancing at their Instagram posts this is not unusual… there’s m at others like me and it’s either not going to be fixed or take a very long time.

I waited over two months for my order with no reply from Aurelle customer service. Then when I finally received my order, it was all wrong. I did not receive any of the 3 bikinis I ordered, but 6 different bikinis. I thought it could be a mystery tote, but 4 of the 6 bikinis are repeated, so it's not actually any variety. I have reached out to customer service (again) but am not optimistic that I'll ever receive the bikinis I ordered.

I absolutely loved my mystery tote and bikinis. Definitely will be ordering more swimsuits in the future.

I saw aurelle through instagram and decided to purchase a mystery tote. It was such a good and fun deal and the bikinis are SO cute. The quality is really nice and they fit perfectly. Thank you so much! Will definitely buy again when I need bikinis!

I ordered a mystery bundle with 5 suits and a tote bag. Absolutely love them all!! The variety of style and color is fantastic and they fit super well! Shipping was fast and easy to track!

Ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter and the process was very easy.

I was sent the wrong items. I received the clementine set in size medium instead of the jess set in size medium.

I ordered and received two swimsuits. However, only one of them was correct. Loved that one and the quality was amazing. I contacted customer service a week ago and still have not heard back.

The quality was good. The mystery bundle is well worth the price, sizing chart is accurate and shipping was fast. Overall good experience.

Unfortunately, Aurelle is not reliable. I have seen reviews of people saying they have gotten their orders and that's great, however, a lot of people have complained and I am here to confirm that I have not received my order. On the 22nd Nov 22, I put in an order for the 'mystery tote' and was very hopeful and excited to receive my items.

On the 29th Nov 22 I then got an email confirming my shipping, I checked the tracking and could see that only a label had been made but the parcel had not been shipped. I decided to wait and give it a few days to see if they would ship out my items and currently they have still not been shipped out (as off 11th Dec 22).

I have attempted to reach out to sammi @ aurelle.shop and that email address is invalid as I was notified that it was not delivered. I have now contacted them through their 'help portal' on their website and am hoping they respond. I will update this review at a later date.

My package still hasn’t shipped and I ordered 12 days ago…

I absolutely love everything about this shop! All the answers I had were all answered on the website. This is just all round great experience!

I paid for 2-4 day shipping, but I did not receive my order until 7 days after I had been alerted the package had been shipped. Satisfied with the product.

I have not received my order and it has not shipped yet. I placed my order over a week ago. I had trouble speaking with customer service and received no response when I needed help changing the size. This company sucks. Give me my swimsuits.

My order arrived quickly and everything seems to be a nice quality. Love the prints and fabrics.

I ordered my item over 2 weeks ago and it hasn't been shipped. I contacted customer service and did not get a response. I'll never order from you again

Awful fit, poor quality and difficulty returning. I Returned items and didn’t receive refund. I reached to to customer service several times and never received a response. Very disappointed and frustrated with this company.
