William's input made a real difference, with some brilliant suggestions along the way — the curved top tube being a standout. The bike nails exactly what I wanted: something that can rail singletrack and handle a few jumps, but is just as capable on all-day or multi-day rides. Every small detail in the frame finish has been beautifully considered ( had some custom details on the frame ) . Thanks Will, just thrilled. Happy days 🚲

A few years ago, I left a highly positive review for Auren Bikes on google reviews. In the interim, I have remained in touch, talking about my bike, recommending Auren, and considering potential upgrading of some components. Recently Will reached out to ask if I would consider leaving one on Trust pilot. Noting it has now been a few years since my initial purchase, I am actually even more enthused about my bicycle.
Will is clearly passionate about titanium bicycles, and ensuring that people get the best quality and fit. I knew what I wanted, but did not have the right language or understanding to explain it well. At the time of purchase, I had lost a lot of weight, had a commitment to staying fit, and was still getting used to my new body size. Cycling was a key part of the plan and having ridden a fair number of kilometers on bikes that were good, I wanted something truly made for me.
Will took the time to listen, explained in detail when I needed it, and the finished product is a bicycle that now has now carried me brilliantly across thousands and thousands of kilometers. It is amazing how much difference a properly sized and setup bicycle can make across a long ride, and the feel of a titanium ride is perfect for me.
Bespoke bicycles are not cheap, this is a fact, but compared to the others out there, Auren Bikes offers incredible value, direct and caring service, that I cannot imagine being beaten. While I have not had any problems with the bicycle, Will has proactively checked in over time, and on the occasions I have had questions or needed advice, he has happily provided it. Discussing upgrade paths and what will work with the frame and for my riding style (slow rpm) is educational. He is always interested in how my journey is going, and how the bike is doing.
I have recommended Auren to cycling friends, and the experiences they have had in dealings with Will are all similar to mine. If you are looking for a titanium bicycle made to size, with excellent customer service, I have no hesitation in recommending Auren Bikes.

I wanted an e-bike with a high quality, low maintenance and relatively light build. The specs compare well with higher priced models and the belt drive is a nice touch. The bike was delivered 48 hours after ordering and it's made my commute to work a pleasure - easy, quick and economical.

5 stars from me for both the product and the service at Auren Bikes. I was after a new road bike and knew I needed a custom build, having learned the hard way that off-the-shelf sizing just doesn't suit me. My old bike was custom too, but it was time for an upgrade. Will took real care working through the options with me, offering different frame set-ups and sourcing parts to match what I needed. The frame itself is beautifully made, rides smoothly, and the polished titanium finish looks stunning. I moved over to disc brakes, Di2, more aero bars and tubeless tyres, and Will talked me through the whole process and parts selection. I also asked for my name on the frame, something he'd never done before but nailed anyway. Highly recommend Auren Bikes to anyone after a custom bike and an enjoyable process to get there.

You can really feel Will's passion and attention to detail in the finished bike. We're looking forward to plenty more happy hours out on my Kookaburra.

I got in touch with Will after seeing his work at the Handmade Bicycle Show in Melbourne, looking for a gravel-specific titanium frame and hoping to carry over parts from my old CX bike. He confirmed that was doable, ran a proper bike fit, and helped me settle on the frame details and etchings. The build, which I named Piggy, was finished earlier than expected, complete with a new chain and a few extra touches to make it all come together. After three rides I'm already a big fan — it's a fantastic all-day gravel bike. I couldn't be happier with my Auren eBike. I bought it mainly for recreational riding, and it's made getting out for a ride so much more enjoyable. It's comfortable, the pedal assist is really smooth and predictable, and it takes the effort out of hills without taking away the fun of riding. My husband is a keen cyclist and rides an Auren Titanium bike. Before, we couldn't really ride together because he was much faster, but now we can head out on longer rides together and both have a great time. It's brought us back to enjoying cycling as a couple.

I've had my ebike for 6 months now and it's been great. I basically haven't done any maintenance other than pumping the tires and it's still just as smooth and quiet as day 1. And Will is always helpful if I have any questions.

I've had my Auren ev4 e-bike for over 2 years now and clocked up over 7,000 km, mostly on sealed roads/bike paths maybe 1,000 km on gravel roads and rail trails. Extremely happy so far: love the belt drive, continuous gearing, ease of removing battery, low maintenance, support from Will at Auren bikes and all at a reasonable price. I just wish I had the new ev5 which looks even better.

I have been a rider of titanium bikes for many years and have ridden my Auren Swift for the last four. I could not be happier. Will provides excellent service, his knowledge of componentry, bike geometry and fit and customer focus is second to none. His willingness to listen and achieve the right solution has ensured my Auren is always in top condition to tackle many gravel adventures.

Having just taken delivery of my Swift Gravel bike I can't rave about it enough. William has done a brilliant job; the bike exceeds all of my expectations. It's fast, comfortable, stable-a pleasure to ride and its beautiful! William's understanding of my needs and his attention to detail are second to none. f you’re considering a custom-built bike, I can’t recommend Will and Auren bikes more highly. I’m so grateful I found my way to Will after I had explored other options. I am extremely happy with the bike he created – I hope the photos demonstrate what he is capable of as a bike builder, and it looks amazing in natural light. This was the perfect bike for me!

That was the aspect that stood out for me. Will was there to build my bike, not the bike that he or someone else might desire, but the bike for me. And his commitment to me as a person is what stood out during the process. It felt like we were collaborating on my bike from day one, not a variation of an existing design but something uniquely mine. I had a very rough idea of what I wanted but Will really helped to solidify that into the final product. His guidance, expertise and most importantly patience meant I could bounce ideas off him, and he would help me craft this into something that would eventually work

I am not a millionaire, and I had a modest budget. Will really helped me to find compromises that would meet my design vision and to deliver the best bike possible fitting within my cost envelope (and he exceeded my expectations).

I am an extremely happy customer, and you can see by the other reviews here that I am not alone in feeling that way. Thank you so much Will for delivering to me what is likely to be my forever bike, I plan on retiring on this one !!

Please consider talking to Will before you finalise any decision on a custom bike build, I am so glad I did.

The tweet: Just love my bike and the process of getting there. Will of Auren bikes knows how to listen and translate that into a great experience as well as a great bike. I wanted something to replace my 15 year old road bike, well, not quite replace. I am older, slower and put emphasis on different things now. So I wanted light (but not a all costs), I wanted low gearing for hills (not as strong as I was) and above all I prioritise comfort for rides over 100k. Did I mention comfort? The bike is brilliant, super stable, sensible weight, perfect gearing and I just love it. Best thing I did was to listen to Will's observations on how I might create the bike that would delight me... I had an Italian brand gravel bike on order then in March it was cancelled, my size was not being made for the rest of this year.. I then went on a search to find a new bike, I made the decision that I would go titanium custom fit... After looking at all the local titanium builders the one that gave me the best customer service was Will at Auren and he did not disappoint. After first spoke to Will, after a long call, I felt that I had found where I was going to buy my new custom bike fit from. Will was very, very patient with me because I would always call and ask what about this set up or that cassette with that chain ring or should I go electronic or mechanical ... His attention to detail and knowledge of what components would work together, has gone into building me an awesome all road/gravel bike with 2 wheel sets with Sram Axs and 1x set up, I have always had a 2x set up until now… After years of riding a carbon road bike the feel of riding my new Swift titanium bike is amazing ...
