Wish I could give it 0 stars. The support is HORRIBLE. They blacklist you for anything, expensive etc. The staff are offensive, racist, homophobic (idc much about that but it gets to a point of being annoying). They suck.

Great experience, customer service, updates normally, easy to use. Nothing bad to say, besides the fact that SOME games don’t work. Sort of a lack of premium benefits. Other than that, it’s great!

It was so bad bro i made my own serverside out of frustration :sob:

First of all the community is great, staff is always very helpful and kind. Aureus it self is really fun if it's played with others and when game is a bit more popular. I hope Aureus will continue to grow not just as service but as community too!

The premium plan is amazing! Has games added every day, and also has good tos. The standard plan also has a bunch of games aswell

TOS sucks it makes the whole experience not fun at all

ABSOLUTELY PEAK SERVERSIDE WIT GOOD GAMES AND LIGHT TOS

i am aureus premium user for almost 3 months and i have tons of things to note:
- purchase
not gonna lie this is very common thing. purchasing aureus was easy (i bought premium as soon as i made account on aureus, without standard tier first). did payment with crypto back in the time when there was 40$ option for premium. within 15 minutes (because confirming crypto transaction took longer than usual) i already claimed premium by redeeming received key. purchase was smooth. basically its the most average thing that all products must follow and they didnt fail it

- first experience
i cant provide really a lot of details to be honest because it was like 3 months ago and i barely remember something, but i joined few games as soon as i claimed premium and everything was working smooth except the problem i still remember: sometimes (i would say really rare + only when i execute like 3 scripts in ~5 seconds) aureus freezes on executing script and i have to rejoin to the server each time it happens. anyway, my experience was great in the first day i bought aureus. i was satisfied

- support team
as soon as i got premium i of course wanted to claim a role on their discord server "premium customer", so i contacted support. i want to say that "deadreaper" support agent here is really kind and knows what is he doing. he was very polite and easily found mutual language with me. claiming premium role was very fast process. thats a big plus to the support team (i will mention them again later)

- next experience
with days going of course i was adapting to terms of service and i remember them in my head, so when i find any script i want to use i can easily say if its allowed to use or not. with next experience there were "game waves", and premium tier is the best thing to have during game waves - you literally get huge games (1k-5k players in total of all games, and sometimes even up to 15k (i must mention that 15k is the highest i could see by my eyes, there were bigger games that i didnt witness)). i must mention worker on server "Yog" that hosts all those game waves. big thanks to him!

- community
of course since they have discord server - they made a community with conversation channel and etc. yes, community might be rude sometimes to people because rules on server are literally saying you have a freedom of saying some stuff, but as long as you wont ask weird questions - you wont be caused by them. most of the times its weird questions about "how did i get blacklisted? i ran coolkidd gui script and destroyed entire map" meanwhile its literally says in tos that "DO NOT run destructive scripts" (except premium because they can do in games under 20 online). im going to be even more real: my english is not that good because im russian and still learning english and i still managed to talk with people normally and become respected there. this motivated me even more to interact with community because they accepted me like i am really nice guy (i hope so lol)

- terms of service
well HONESTLY i am surprised how people complain about tos in aureus. i want to mention important thing: IN FIRST PLACE, tos are made in the way so other aureus users can also enjoy using their scripts there, not only YOU. tos might be strict for standard users (i dont know, i didnt experience them on myself), but im fully satisfied with tos limits on premium tier. people are literally being blacklisted because they ran something insane that caused mass destruction (if not worse), and all because they cant read...

- current experience with aureus (usage)
AWESOME. i literally laugh sometimes with community while trolling players in games. we are literally working in team when being in game and i took tons of funny clips that i love to rewatch over and over again because... THEY ARE FUNNY??!?!

- support
i do contact support sometimes to report tos breakers or once i asked a question. support team is cool, all my questions or requests are being solved within minutes

i want to give aureus EXACTLY 5/5. i never had issues with using it and each spent second or cent into the aureus - worth it. the best community i saw, the best service, best support experience - everything on high level. actually i want to say that (almost) each support/moderator/admin on server is nice, but i mentioned "almost" because i didnt talk to some of them. anyway, i love aureus, thats it

also Deadreaper, Eepy and Kuno are cool people fr (not only them but almost everyone)

Staff support is rude, and when you try to actually to resolve ANYTHING Zero just comes in and brags about how his right hand is his bestfriend, i AGREE strongly with the other reviews. The re-sellers are also so much lazy that they dont even wanna try ANY options you suggest. I dont even suggest it really they are pretty competent but just a bunch of slackers and just want a quick grab of your money. I was so lucky that my payment method wasnt working, i would had REGRETED, buying this garbage.

Ahh how can I explaine this is so. I was not on aureus.wtf for 4 weeks just because random admin decides ban me for using force all command when I didn't even do it because how is that even possible when I don't even use it anymore if anyone wants to look for a good server side I don't recommend aureus.wtf because they just rip you off for money and they don't tell all of the rules even in discord so who ever reads this I don't recommend aureus.wtf. and I think the reason is the admin was just so he decided to ban for not an valid reason and plus I was using a other server side and I even disconnected from aureus so I can use other server side but still this admin decides I use Taht command when I don't even use this executor anymore

The serverside crap works and whatnot, no issue with that, but the issue is that are literally only ~90 games to play, and majority of them have no one playing. The ones that do, if you're lucky, maybe have five people playing. At the very most, ten players.

i was just loggin in to check whats going on with the sevrerside but all i see is a wasteland

has amazing games, the biggest games ive ever seen in any serverside.. their TOS is amazing comapared to other services (ss.fun..) & current competitors like exoliner (who aren't even related to the original exoliner n just stole the name😭😭) have stolen games with lighter tos, but they cant copy the top ones we have😁Aureus is the best ss on the market I'd recommend it to anyone trying to get into serversiding!!!! the tos is just a little strict but its for good reason so the games dont get taken down
