ive had whitelist for a while, the games page show a lot of games but u cant even connect into them its basically a scam, it keeps saying waiting for a server and just doesnt work, it used to be great but now its just dead

I have been a long time user of this service. I have had premium for a long time, yet still I receive no better treatment then the others. Very long support response times, false blacklists, and so much more. The owner is not friendly at all either. I was blacklisted for no reason at all. The owner proceeds to add a system where you can check if your blacklisted or not, though this is completely bs because when I checked to see what reason I was blacklisted for, nothing showed up. I was blacklisted for nothing at all. Hopefully no one buys this server side and buys ANYTHING else. Also it was super annoying how anytime I tried to join a listed game, I dident have the ability to execute any type of server side scripts all because I wasent in that one specific server.

Purchased the serverside and was instantly blacklisted despite not running a single script. 0/10, other reviews are factual and not made by competitors or abusers.

ive got scammed and blacklisted for nothing i bought 2 times serverside standard keys and i got scammed and blacklisted. (If you are reading this and you want to buy serverside.fun DONT BUY IT ITS A SCAM AND MONEY GRABBER)

These guys deleted my subscription for NO REASON AT ALL I tried support they didnt respond after nearly a damn year and its literally just a temporary thing your subscription just gets DELETED after a while its not worth it at all.

The Support Ghosted me for 2 years since 2023 ive send proof of my acc wich was linked being termed and falsely being blacklisted.

They will blacklist you for no reason

It's as simple as buying the serverside and 1 day later your blacklisted for absolutely no reason, and then they refuse to tell you why.

I was an owner of a "Standard" version in 2023. The service claims to be the "best on market" while all they can offer you for these $10 is a blacklist for the dumbest reason (e.g. "abusive" gameplay).

But okay, this is totally understandable, now let's talk about the "Premium" version which they claim to be "immune to service ToS":

Bought it a few days ago (Sept. 24th 2025). The key did not even arrive on my mail, the support team does not respond for a few days (although they said they "will answer in 24 hours"). Their Discord is dead. The dashboard is down. Do NOT ever buy this garbage.

Heres why this serverside is bad.I bought the premium version and at first the ui was fine but then i noticed these:

-The server is bad,they blacklist you for the dumbest reason ever when they allow abusive scripts,they tell you theres over 10k games but its a lie because their games are 0-50 players and they never change,they have no support as i send them an email concerning my blacklist and they never responded

so this is a scam,50 flushed in the toilet

I received a blacklist notification on August 16, 2025, at 9:44 PM, informing me that my account was banned for alleged use of an abusive script.

I would like to clarify that I did not intentionally use any script to violate the terms of service. I believe the ban may have occurred by mistake or due to a misunderstanding.

Please review my case.

I bought a standard key for this serverside. For a standard key there are some pretty good games however I dislike how almost all the games have people in it who don't even talk. And they're all brainrot games or tower games.

Whenever I join a game it usually takes like 10-20 servers to finally be able to use their service. I expected to at least have a join button embedded into their website to join infected servers but they just tell you to 'Press the play button'. 'If you can't use our service then someone already beat you to the server'. If that's the case then why if I go to private servers it does not work either. They claim their algorithm is not 100% live but I would expect after like 5 minutes of waiting for the updated games list to have at least gotten rid of the game if it doesn't work on that game.

The amount of restrictions these people put in place to stop 'abuse' is insane. I'm sorry but why am I not allowed to load scripts on other people?
Why the hell are map changers forbidden. At least put a limit on how much times you can change a map. Don't just prohibit it. Me and my friend were planning on making a fully functional game inside a map changer script. (PvP game with guns) but it was cut short after we are completely forbidden from using map changers.

I am not banned from using Serverside.Fun. However I'm not using it as much as how I used another serverside with way less rules & better games.

It was really fun, Until I got blacklisted LOL. I banned some kids from this random game then opened up my browser and then it was gone :( gonna buy it again though BUT this time Im just gonna use the free scripts so they cant find a reason to blacklist me again (Not abusing anything just an FYI if your reading this ssf. Like Ima use mr bye bye which is fine with u guys I guess? hope so cause 10 bucks aint that much Ima get it again)

Horrible serverside, games dont even goddam work i paid money for this just to not even work? IT LEGIT SAYS IN THE GAMES TABS THAT TERS ALOT OF GAMES AND I WENT TO 5 GAMES AND ALL DIDNT WORK HOW DO YOU CALL THIS A SERVERSIDE? THIS IS ASS EVEN FREE SERVERSIDES ARE BETTER THAN THIS SHIT
