We are sorry about your experience. The discrepancy was due to a formula change made by the manufacturer, which we were not informed about in advance. We offered to send the correct product, a free return, or a 20% refund of the order value, but the proposal was declined.

La merce andava benissimo, peccato per la consegna. Mi sembra ci siano voluto 10 giorni nonostante abbia pagato la spedizione veloce

Desideriamo chiarire che i tempi di consegna sono calcolati a partire dal giorno successivo alla spedizione. L'ordine Ú stato effettuato il sabato e spedito il primo giorno lavorativo, cioÚ il lunedì. La consegna Ú avvenuta entro 6 giorni lavorativi, come indicato sul nostro sito web.
