Aus Air Conditioners レビュー

Supplied a quality product with fast shipping. Thanks!

Fast delivery, exactly what I needed

Great service. Super quick, Tradie was in contact the same day to organise install.
Price was also much better then the 3 other quotes i got.

Site is easy to navigate, hassle free checkout and order was ready within a couple of days. Happy with my purchase.

Super fast delivery, good detailed product info online with precise measurements that were spot on, and a high quality easy to install product. We have been living for 4 years with an ugly aircon unit on our front verandah and this screen is the perfect solution —wish I’d done it years ago. We had a quote for essentially the same screen and materials to be custom made for which came in at $2,000 compared to AusAir at $890 delivered to a country area interstate in 2-3 days. Happy days.

The support person was helpful in responding promptly on a number of questions and followed up efficiently. The only thing was when I inquired about the right diverter to get for the aircon condenser, giving the size of fan grill opening and listing the specific product on their site to get, backed up by photo of my condenser. Support confirmed the size I should get, but didn't fit well after delivery and installation. The magnet attachment of the diverter sits inside the dimension of the grill thus making the diverter fitting unable to fully cover the fan grill opening. The magnets also can slip after a while. The company should take this into account when recommending the right size.

Air diverter came and was easy to assemble and works perfectly! Exactly what I needed and wanted!

Good experience working with this team, when issues were encountered they were quick to provide help

I picked up product from wearhouse.
They held the item for a week untill I could pick it up.
Good communication.
Well priced products in orignal packaging.
Split system not yet installed.

It was super easy to find just the part I needed to get my Daikin system in my new house all hooked up to wifi at a really great price! Prompt delivery and solid service. Cheers!

Easy to order. Was posted in 2 bits due to its size but that was well communicated beforehand. Delivery was fast. Assembly was easy and it looks amazing. I recommended them to the other owners in my apartment building.

Great customer service and easy to use website. Will be back placing another order soon.
Thanks guys

Fast delivery (even through the Xmas/new year period) and the cheapest we found online! Thank you!

Horrible business to deal with. Had to beg them to ship my air conditioner. When they did it was damaged.

Tried to get a replacement organised in line with the refund policy and I was fobbed off to the manufacturer. Half of summer gone and still don’t have a working air cond. Avoid.
