I ordered two back support braces back on 26 January 2026 and even though their invoice says that the order was complete, only one back support arrived. After numerous emails to them, to date none have been answered and I am $55 out of pocket. Their 'contacts' don't provide a phone number which in itself is dodgy. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Unfortunately I didn't see all of the negative reviews before I ordered which would have told me to stay away.

My order arrived ok. The sizing was wrong. Since late November I have emailed them over and over again. Not one reply! What a crap support service.

Terrible customer service. I would rather donate the slippers to charity than to have to buy another item from them.

I had the same issue as many others have stated. Dodgy Aramex tracking number initially provided. After contacting the seller many times, I was told a variety of things like it is still being processed, or it will be sent today, or it has been sent. But they refused to provide a legitimate tracking number. In the end, I asked for a refund, which they surprisingly supplied. I do not recommend this business.
RUBBISH SLIPPERS
I was having alot of pain in one of my feet so I thought I'd splurge and buy myself some really comfy slippers. I would never normally pay $39. But they claimed to feel like walking on clouds. Memory foam that mould to your feet.
I have bought more comfortable slippers from the reject store ! I can't even feel the foam in them. I am extremely disappointed that I spent so much money for nothing. And the
customer service was ridiculous.

I have ordered twice, two different times and both times received an item that was not what I paid for. Sizings are all over the place! Shame on this company, being Australian (by name, at least), and offering bad quality products. I will now have to look outside of Australia to get what I need. Also they donât refund and if you want to send back items you have to do it at your own cost!

Didn't send me out the correct size
I purchased an adjustable back posture corrector. I checked the chart for sizes and I measured, however, when the item arrived it was too small! I contacted them to ask for an exchange where they said they would exchange it, however, I had to pay for the shipping and expected to pay for tracking as well. Not happy about that where most honourable businesses would provide the shipping. I feel their chart with the measurements weren't accurate to what I received with their not being enough stretch to wrap around your waist comfortably. It needed to be bigger than the actual measurement for comfort which you would expect when it asks you your measurements and what size you would be to those measurements.

Orthosis brace
The orthosis brace I purchased to improve posture is useless. Not possible to use it without the indicator buzzer sounding constantly, regardless of posture. A complete rip off.

I had the same negative experience as many others have reported. I purchased a âone size fits allâ shoulder strap that was advertised with long, adjustable straps. What arrived was not the same product as pictured â it was a cheap knockoff with much shorter straps, completely unusable for me and barely fitting my wife who is a size 10.
Despite claims of having local distribution warehouses, including in Melbourne, the item shipped from Botany, NSW, weeks later. Their website lists a Melbourne office address, but the business is registered in Brazil, and returns are required to be sent to Western Australia â very misleading and inconvenient.
When I contacted them to say the product was not as advertised and requested a refund, their response was a vague apology: âSorry it doesnât fit you.â After more back and forth, they claimed it was a âchange of mindâ, and Iâd need to return it at my own expense, in unopened original packaging â even though you have to open it to find out it doesnât fit!
Avoid this store â misleading advertising, and a refund policy designed to make returns as difficult as possible.

Ordered a one size fits all shoulder brace, what arrived barely fit my 9 year old. No response from company, a bit more research and wouldn't you know it, my $40 shoulder sling is actually a $6 item on Temu. So it turns out that our 'aussie' massager store is just another dropshipper of junk products. If you are reading this review check it out for yourself, pick one of thier products then have a search through Temu and you will find the same product less thier markup

I wouldn't even give them 1 start. Purchased a hand held massage gun and it broke by the 4th use. Had to follow up their customer service for a response. They confirmed with their manufacturer that the head end that broke should come apart (so confirmed dault) and yet still wouldn't accept a refund. Also advised wouldn't accept u less in original packaging, which i did not keep thinking i wouldn't need the box it came in.

I haven't received my item yet. I suspect stock held in China and ordered from overseas as orders are received. I have waited more than 2 weeks after order allegedly dispatched. I wish I had read reviews before ordering . Amazon so much easier to deal with.

In accordance with CA laws they are required to provide a refund. However they refuse and now no longer respond to my emails.
