Beautiful stud diamond earrings for a special birthday. Great help closing size and setting and screw type backs. Staff made it a special day, so nice to me and my daughter. Im thrilled with my bespoke choices.

Engagement ring of march 2025
I purchased the engagment ring in march of this year and proposed in May of this year. We sent the ring away to be re sized. On return of the ring after the resize, one of the small diamonds fell out within a few weeks. The ring was returned to be examined. It was determined the prongs were not made correctly and the ring was dismantled and remade. This took 6/7 weeks. When we received the ring back, we noticed that the main prongs that held the main stone were not made correctly. The prongs sat higher than the diamond and had sharp edges which was catching every material my partner touched. We then sent it back again as it was not correct. The ring was amended again and sent back via post without warning and was left at our front door unattended for the day. My partner has had the ring on her for 2 weeks and a small stone has now fallen out again. Since I proposed in May Austen and Blake have had the ring more than we have.
I am really starting to regretting purchasing from Austen and Blake at this point and wishing I had taken my money else where. Value for money and quality don’t seem to match up with this company.

Buying my dream ring
We came into the store with no appointment and was looked after by Shirley who was very friendly and welcoming. She was brilliant at helping me choose my ring. On collection day Mia served us and was very friendly. We enjoyed our experience.

Shannon is the best of Belfast Jewellers!
I purchased my engagement ring from Shannon in the Belfast store in February. She made sure that I was involved and informed every step of the way, from designing and choosing the stones, to gushing over my proposal plans.
Everyone in the store was so lovely and made this a really special process from start to end.
I will be returning with my fiancée to purchase wedding bands!

Staff were super helpful
Staff were super helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Put a man trying to pick an engagement ring totally at ease! The other half loved it. Needed resized and the guys in the shop made the whole process seamless.

We had a great experience instore
We had a great experience instore, staff on both occasions were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
We were made to feel very special on such a special occasion, picking our engagement ring. The shop has such a relaxed atmosphere and they have plenty of options to choose from.
Looking forward to picking our wedding rings aswell.
