We take feedback seriously and want to clarify the circumstances of this situation so there is no misunderstanding.

This order was not completed because the required photos necessary for authentication were not provided. The fact it's a classic bag has nothing to do with authentication. The specific markings we requested are fundamental identification points for Louis Vuitton items, and they are required by any reputable authentication service in order to render a reliable opinion. Without those images, the service cannot be performed.

Our Terms of Service — which are agreed to prior to placing an order — clearly state that providing all requested photos is the responsibility of the customer, and that failure to do so is a circumstance outside of our control.

We also reviewed our communication records carefully. We did not receive the multiple messages referenced. When asked, no documentation of those alleged contacts was provided, and the order message history confirms that no additional correspondence was received from the client.

Despite the fact that the inability to complete the service was due to missing required information, we issued a full refund as a courtesy.

We strive to be fair and transparent with all customers, and we encourage future reviews to accurately reflect the facts of the situation.
