Have been using Authenticate First for years and their new website and user dashboard is amazing! Trusted service, reasonable prices, and fast turn around!

Authenticate First has stepped up their game in the authentication arena. Response are fast, customer service is great and the new online set up makes it super easy to know what pictures to take as you go over step by step. Other companies are very complicated and I am usually hesitant on submitting items for authentication. This has all changed with Authenticate First and now I am excited to submit items for authentication.

Very quick and trustworthy service, whoever serving me maintained active communication and followed up with me on further information/ better quality photos with detailed instructions on how to take them. Very happy with whatever I am paying for, especially when requesting for an authentication prior to an expensive purchase - this is a necessary step.

I've been using authenticate first for about 4 years now! Their services are easy to use and fast turn around.

Told a customer of mine a year after purchase a pair of prada shoes are fake. The same exact pair sold on real real which authenticates all..... also I worked with prada for more than 10 years and in high end shoes and can tell a real from a fake very easy. Obviously the people at the company have no clue and just say what ever they want to make money.... this threatens my buisness because this company is unscrupulous coming after my reputation and giving someone who said they never wore shoes bc they are uncomfortable a reason to shut down my buisness.... I let poshmark know how wrong this company is and links to the same shoe authenticated...... what a headache... I am pregnant and don't need this stress.

This company is a joke. First time buying a preloved bag from a very reputable reseller; although I trusted that the bag was authentic I still wanted to get a third party’s “professional” opinion. Regret wasting my money and coming across with this company. I don’t knock that they might be experts in certain brands but definitely don’t have the knowledge on the brand I requested authenticity. (Celine) I even told them that I don’t want a refund, (they must need the money since they feel they have to lie to get business) but, I would much rather they keep my money and be honest- ***we don’t have the knowledge to authenticate this brand, sorry-*** but to make such a HUGE!!! BOLD!!!! statement that my item is counterfeit is unacceptable given the fact that they lack the skills to grant that verdict. Long story short, thank god I didn’t ruin my relationship with the reseller based on this jokester’s opinion. I ended up spending more money on 2 other professional authenticators and they both stated that the bag was authentic (real authentication and lollipuff) meanwhile when I told A.F, home girl offered her mail in service 😂😂😂 as if I’m going to discredit 3 other professionals and give you more service. #bye

I sent in two bags. One real, they said its real. One was a counterfeit. They said its real....

This website is a scam. I was fooled and didn't realize it until my 5th item. I accidentally bought a fake MCM on a website. The bag looked terribly fake compared to my real ones. But I still wanted to check its authenticity and this website had no clue and said the was authentic. So disappointed!

These internet scamming. I work for Gucci for 10 years and this was brought to my attention. A bag that was sold to a client that VERIFIED Authentic by our team at the boutique and repaired by our company. This Company has no idea how authenticate threw photos states the bag was not authenticate by a client. Stating this company authenticated our bag! How is this company legit or authentic. Google GINA NIXON who is running the website shes a fraud. No phone no address your sending your pictures on a outdated website to verify threw pictures if a bag is authentic or not. People need to speak up about these scamming and giving the wrong information. You cant come to GUCCI and state hi I got my bag authenticated by Authenticate first. These documents are not certified by GUCCI or Kering group and we will bring it the Copyright department at Gucci.

Tip for consumers: only way to authenticate is bring your bag to the boutique and compare it side by side or send it to repair to there facilities in New Jersey or ITALY

Authenticate First employs individuals with industry training and stands by its opinions with a written certificate. There are free amateur sites, some of which are operated by individuals who rely on self affirming assumptions that bags are fake based on their personal photo collections and prior opinions. Moreover, some of these sites admit they have no training from the companies whose bags they assess which is consistent with the phrase you get what you pay for. I would rather pay for those with training and experience than rely on those who would claim their personal assumptions qualify them to give professional opinions.

I’m not sure why ppl aren’t giving this company 5 stars? I’ve never had a problem with them. They are very quick and efficient. They have asked for more pictures on some of my items to make an honest decision. They have been very reliable for me and I’ve been using them now for maybe two months and I’ve had over 10 items verified. I tried the real authentic company and they ripped me off. They took my money and after wouldn’t email me or provide a authenticity certificate after they even verified it to be authentic bc they said they don’t do that for jewelry anymore! Also the customer service with authenticate first is very good, they responded to my emails very quickly. And if they need more pictures of my items or they need the pictures to be clearer they tell me very promptly.

Completely unreliable. Known authentic items purchased from dept store, they are saying fake. Do not trust this source.

I would give it less than 1 star if I could. The founder is a very mean and unprofessional person. They authenticated my LV bag and claimed it was fake when I bought it at the store. I told them I purchased then they wanted to redo it and kept making up reasons to not provide an response. The founder said negative reviews don’t matter do them as they still receive orders and make money. Don’t trust them, save your money!

I used to use them all the time but their prices went from $10 and I heard back right away with an email and document to $35! Waited for days and had to contact them little did I know they no longer notified via email to let you know it was completed! Will now switch to Eticeler

AuthenticateFirst's new website is full of glitches and just nearly impossible to use. They sent me a message asking me to upload more images. When I click on Upload button the site shuts down and takes me to a previous page! Also, whenever I send a message, the site sends me an email saying I have a message to read and then it's just my own message to them! They're emailing me my own message I wrote to them! What a piece of cheap crap their website is! Also, they used to email the authenticity results in email but now for the same price $8.5 they won't even do that and you cannot have any kind of documentation until you pay more! This is terribly unprofessional and a real middle finger to their clients. I am switching to Entrupy.

Totally unprofessional! They declared a bag FAKE which was purchased from Prada Las Vegas 🤷🏼‍♀️. When I got a second opinion from a professional company who confirmed its authenticity, they unprofessionally BAGGED that company and also bad mouthed another company I hadn’t even mentioned nor used. They are hopeless and completely unprofessional and refuse to refund my money.

DON'T TRUST this company. They are UNPROFESSIONAL. Authenticated good purchased from official store they say FAKE(Which is 100% Authentic) and other good which is absolutely FAKE they say is Authentic.
You just lose your money with this company.
They don't offer a reliable trusted service.
