Struggled to find a replacement battery for my j7 robot vac as roomba no longer have them in stock and found one through Australia Robotic for a reasonable price. Ordered easily with free delivery to WA. Arrived quickly and is exactly as described. In fact I think this battery lasts longer than the original did. Will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Purchased a refurbished robot vacuum from Australia Robotics in August 2025 for $220.60.

The unit developed faults shortly after purchase. After reporting the issue, I was advised to troubleshoot and clean contacts which temporarily restored operation.

The fault returned repeatedly. The unit was returned under warranty, repaired and returned to me.

Unfortunately the same fault returned again within days.

The unit was returned a second time. Australia Robotics now allege water damage which I dispute, as cleaning and troubleshooting were performed following advice and only after repeated failures.

The unit remains in their possession while repair invoices, parts charges and ongoing storage charges continue to be issued despite the matter remaining disputed.

During the dispute I was offered return of the unit conditional upon removal of reviews, which I was uncomfortable with. During the dispute they also advised they would leave negative reviews of my business.

Products fail. My frustration has been the handling of the issue afterwards.

As the matter remains unresolved, the dispute is now progressing through formal consumer complaint processes.

Charging a 30% restocking fee for a faulty part return, after paying shipping costs both ways!

They are basically a scammer. While I purchased a used vacuum, they sent me a machine that was water damaged (which I didnt realise straight away) - yet when I tried to return it (still under warranty) they refused. This machine was for my elderly grandmother who only ever used it a handful of times!! They are terrible to deal with. Do not trust them with your money!!!

Ordered roomba accessories, they arrived and are cheap imitation and not original brand. I paid very close to genuine prices. Should have just got cheap ones off ebay instead. I wanted the real product and this was cheap copies.

Item received as advertised.

Tried to buy a Neato Botvac. Went through the process, entered credit card details (they say amex but dont accept amex). Entered valid credit card through their eway payments - started processing then page failes with a 404 error. I tried to call the help number - went to voicemail.

The team called and confirmed the order was ok and helped resolve the payment issues. Expecting arrival tomorrow. I am hoping to be impressed.

Recommend you use the chat option as they advised that has a better response.
