U3A Online has been using Member Wizard for over a year and are satisfied with the level of support provided.

Claire and Bryce have a good understanding of the requirements of not-for-profit organisations like U3As. Whenever an issue ticket is submitted, the response is prompt, professional and genuinely helpful. They offer friendly assistance and clear explanations and will not rest until a specific problem is resolved.

What stands out most is the support team’s patience and commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition, Member Wizard has a well-documented knowledge base — filled with useful articles, answers to FAQs and practical handbooks.

Member Wizard was recommended by a Learning Centre for Seniors in Launceston. As a not for profit Association, we were looking for a system that would manage our membership and communication with members, all who are seniors with not a high degree of confidence in managing computers. I have found Member Wizard to be extremely helpful in the setup and teaching of management skills to operate this system. I am looking forward to educating our members how to use it in the forthcoming month.

We have now been using Member Wizard since Jan 2023 and we don't know how we managed without it.

If you have the slightest hesitation implementing Member Wizard for your organization – forget it! U3A Southport trialed a couple of different systems to manage our membership before deciding to subscribe to Member Wizard.

They have provided exceptional support and have even assisted us in updating our website and integrating Member Wizard into it. Member Wizard does everything we need, including financial accounting and reporting system.

We are now going to get Member Wizard to host our website as well.

Member Wizard is very easy to understand and use. We cannot recommend the product highly enough and the training and support is second to none.

Very responsive support team who are available and happy to help. Responsive to suggestions and quick to implement changes once approved. Supporting documentation is comprehensive and the regular update emails are appreciated. The product itself suits our needs and is providing more efficient workflow at all levels.

The Whitford Senior Citizens Club, with a membership of more than 1,350 and is steadily growing, operates 7 days a week entirely through the dedication of volunteers. For over a year, the Club has depended on Member Wizard to efficiently manage its membership database and website. In the past, updating the membership database was a cumbersome task due to limited access to a spreadsheet, which meant only one committee member could handle updates. Similarly, the Club’s website was maintained by a single committee member and was often outdated and challenging to manage.

Member Wizard has been an exceptionally effective solution, fulfilling all the Club’s requirements and legal responsibilities for a membership management system. Its user-friendly and intuitive interface made it easy for committee members, with the help of Member Wizard, to move away from spreadsheets. This transition has significantly simplified the management of memberships and classes for everyone involved.

The backup support provided by Member Wizard has been outstanding, with any issues addressed quickly and efficiently. Zoom sessions are regularly informative and straightforward to organise, even accommodating the two-hour time zone difference.

Comprehensive and easy-to-access support documentation covers every aspect of the membership management system, empowering volunteers to confidently resolve their questions and make full use of the system.

Claire was very competent in demonstrating the Member Wizard system and answered all the questions I had.
I look forward to running the trial over the next few weeks.

We have recently moved from another platform whose contract was due to expire, to Member Wizard. From the start the help, advice and responses to my questions were handled quickly and clearly. At no time did I feel uncomfortable to be asking yet another question.
Their Help documents for the diverse topics covered were also very helpful when navigating a new membership management provider.
I'm still asking questions, and getting the assistance I need!
