It is absolutely dodgy compan and is just scams, do not put your vehicle reg on this website at all,they took 3 times money from my account. Thanks

Daylight robbery!
I taxed my vehicle on line! Paid a full year! Then £6.99 coming out my account every month!! Thought I'd blocked it but again the following month they have taken another £6.99!! I've had to go my bank to stop this robbery! Even the branch manager had a job to block this scam!!

Please don’t fall for this scam they took £9.75 out of my account for taxing my car when I checked 2 days later I found that I wasn’t taxed I tried to contact them but I couldn’t. I’ve contacted my bank and they have cancelled my account.so auto debit can not take any more money from my account

While applying to renew my road tax I managed somehow to get put onto this site. I was charged £9.75 to renew and I notice that I have been charged a further £6.99 this month. I was then contacted to tell me that my vehicle has yet to be re-taxed for the present year, which i have now done. As my vehicle is road tax free this amount seems to me to be puzzling, so I will be contacting my bank to resolve the situation. Others beware.

Scam company.
As others I paid for car tax and it gave the option of monthly. Its signs you up for a subscription so make sure to advise your bank of this once you realise as just cancelling your card won't work! They need to block the company completely.

Like so many others, I thought I was taxing my vehicle!
When I didn’t receive confirmation I dug deeper (I know I should have done this first). This company took 2 payments on the same day. How do I even begin to claim a refund? I can’t find any contact details.

Same as everyone. Thought I was buying road tax. Now they are stealing 6.99 per month from my account.

Exactly the same as others. Went onto the site to tax my car which is £35 for the year. Gave me the options on how to pay. Ticked 12 months. They took £9.75.

As this amount concerned me I checked my vehicle tax status, online, over a couple of days.

As it was still showing untaxed & I'd not paid the full amount. I went onto the GOV.UK sight and got this sorted.

This site should be shut down as it specifically offers the option to TAX your vehicle. During which time you risk a fine!!

Like many others I inadvertently used autodebit to renew my car tax, but was confused that they only took £9.75. On checking with DVLA I found the car was untaxed. Autodebit said I had agreed to a monthly report by ticking the terms and conditions box. In fairness, they cancelled the contract and promptly repaid the money - and I appeared to be corresponding with a human. But they must make a fortune from those who are unaware, or unable to cancel

Scamming B'stards!
I fell for this scam, thinking I was paying my vehicle tax.
I have now been fined £80 for not having vehicle tax.
Because repeat direct debts have been removed from my account I though I was covered.

Scammers. Do not use!!! You think you are buying a car history check and they sign you up for a £6.99 subscription. Lloyds bank now disputing but I expect there is hidden small print which allows them to legally do this. Shameful.
Here’s a tip. Don’t cancel with them, ask your bank to block for 13 months as every time they go to try and take a payment and it fails, they get a small charge 😁 Then after 12 months cancel with them. Trust me after losing money they soon cancel there end but it’s nice to cost them a little in return.
Update: They just refunded me both payments. Quite shocked but I guess they want me to call off Lloyds Bank! Which of course I will advise the bank they have refunded. I am sure as a company offering legitimate vehicle checks, they don’t need to do underhand subscriptions, let’s hope they stop this practise once and for all & build their reputation back up.

Fell for this scam too. They took two payments, £9.75 and £6.99. Wondered what had gone wrong when I got notified by the Road Tax Dept that my car wasn't taxed. Have reported the fraud to the fraud department of Natwest. They said they will notify the correct law enforcement.

Like many others I thought I was setting up a direct debit for my Road tax through the Government Gateway site. I cancelled it immediately when I realised what had happened and tried again. There is no way past them. I was unable to proceed and set up the direct debit. With so many people experiencing the same issue why are the government not acting to close this down?

You will be paying a monthly fee for not taxing your vehicle. They use a number of different domains.

Just fell for this scam. Like many others I thought I was taxing my vehicle and that was not the case. They’ve taken £ 9.75, it says you can cancel subscription but I don’t trust them therefore tomorrow going to the bank to cancel this crap. Makes me feel naive and stupid but there we are. Please be mindful of these criminals.

I thought I was taxing my vehicle and stupidly clicked on this link when I did a search for tax my car. I thought it was legit - a uk gov dvla authorised but it’s a scam. I did get a report on the car I was to buy but I didn’t want that. It cost me £9.75. I think I have to tell my bank as they have my details now. Do not use!!
